Podigao sam 59.000 PKR sa svog računa BC igre na svoj Easipaisa bankovni račun 13. novembra 2024. Ali moj Easipaisa bankovni račun ima ograničenje primanja samo 50.000 PKR dnevno.
Pozvao sam svoju banku i rekao im to, a oni su mi rekli da ako dođe do transakcije iznad dnevnog ograničenja, iznos će se vratiti na račun pošiljaoca.
Govorio sam to korisničkoj podršci BC Game, ali oni ne čine ništa za to. Poslao sam im izvod iz bankovnog računa, ali oni mi nastavljaju slati priznanicu koja je od trgovca (nema ID transakcije, logo banke, nema bankovnih podataka). Oni samo odgovaraju da je transakcija uspešna.
Prvo su me zamolili da sačekam 24 sata, a zatim će biti napravljena karta i registrovana žalba. Nakon čekanja 24 sata, dali su mi kartu i zamolili me da sačekam 24 sata da dobijem rezultat. Nakon što su čekali još 24 sata, poslali su mi potvrdu (za koju verujem da je lažna). Zatim me je zamolio da sačekam još 24 sata da ponovo napravim kartu.
Onda su mi nakon čekanja 24 sata (po treći put) dali još jednu kartu i zamolili me da sačekam 24 do 48 sati da dobijem odgovor. Zatim, nakon skoro 25 sati kasnije, daju mi isti račun. Sada me traže da sačekam još 24 sata da uložim žalbu i napravim novu kartu.
Zamolio sam ih da pitaju trgovca da je iznos vraćen na njegov račun zbog dnevnog ograničenja transakcija na mom računu.
Čak sam podneo žalbu na askgamblers.com, ali je nakon nekog vremena bcgame prestao da reaguje i to je rezultiralo zatvaranjem slučaja, ostavljajući ga nerešenim jer su prestali da reaguju.
nakon provere, BC Game je izbrisala moju istoriju transakcija.

I withdrew 59,000 PKR from my BC game account to my Easypaisa bank account on November 13, 2024. But my Easypaisa bank account has a limit of receiving only 50,000 PKR per day.
I have called my bank and told them the matter and they are saying that if there is a transaction beyond the daily limit, the amount will bounce back to the sender’s account.
I have been telling it to the BC Game customer support, but they are not doing anything for it. I have sent them my bank account statement but they keep on sending me a receipt that is from the merchant ( it has no transaction id , no bank logo, no bank details ). They just reply that the transaction is successful.
First they asked me to wait for 24 hours then a ticket will be created and complaint will be registered. After waiting for 24 hours they gave me a ticket and asked me to wait 24 hours to get the result. After waiting for another 24 hours they sent me a receipt ( which I believe is fake ). Then asked me to wait for another 24 hors to create a ticket again.
Then after waiting for 24 hours ( for the third time ) they gave me another ticket and asked me to wait 24 to 48 hours to get the response. Then after nearly 25 hours later they provide me with the same receipt. Now they are asking me to wait for another 24 hours to file the complaint and create a new ticket.
I have asked them to ask the merchant that the amount was bounced back to his account due to daily transaction limit of my account.
I even submitted a complaint on askgamblers.com but after a while bcgame stopped responding and it resulted in closing the case leaving it unresolved because they stopped responding.
