Nakon istraživanja, pretpostavljam da je teško stupiti u kontakt sa BC Game-om i rešenjem za KIC pitanja. Čini se da ljudi ne dobijaju odgovor od njih ili čekaju mesecima na rešenje. Nadam se da ću rešiti svoje rešenje na lakši/brži način.
Moj nalog BC igre je zaključan za povlačenje i pristup napojnicama, moram da završim naprednu verifikaciju. Prvo sam počeo sa pokušajem da završim osnovnu verifikaciju. Predao sam svoje dokumente za pasoš (koji nisu uspeli), predao sam svoju vozačku dozvolu (moja zemlja nema vozačku dozvolu kao opciju), ponovo sam snimio još jednu sliku svog pasoša (koji nije uspeo drugi put) . U opisu za ponovno slanje objašnjava da moja fotografija nije dovoljno jasna da bi se pročitali zahtevi/prikazujući sva četiri ugla. Tako da sam treću sliku snimio na izvesnoj udaljenosti da bih se uverio da je sve u vidu misleći da je što jasnije. Kada sam podnet, učitavano je duže od mojih drugih podnesaka, a zatim je navedeno da moja verifikacija nije uspela. Ovaj put je opcija za ponovno slanje/verifikaciju onemogućena. Podrška mi je rekla da „Samo sačekaj" i opcija verifikacije bi se ponovo nasumično trebala pojaviti. Ali kao što je ranije rečeno, naišao sam na mnoge postove ljudi koji su govorili da im podržavaju da sačekaju i mesecima kasnije ništa se ne dešava. Nisam čak ni uspeo da prođem prvi korak u osnovnoj verifikaciji, verujem zbog problema sa slikom.. Poslao sam e-poštu BC Game-u dva puta u dva različita dana, kontaktirao Ks(tvitter) BC Game podršku, dva puta pisao podršci uživo, kontaktirao podršku za BC Game na drugom veb sajtu foruma na kojem imaju aktivan nalog za odgovor. Nijedna od metoda koje sam koristio nije dobila odgovor od BC Game. Samo podrška uživo, ali oba puta sve što kažu je da sačekaju. Moj problem se eskalira što izgleda kao da ne znaju tačno kada će se to dogoditi jer izjava „proverava nasumično" da vidi da li se pojavljuje i zbog situacija drugih ljudi nemam previše poverenja da će se nakon čekanja 24 sata ponovo pojaviti opcija za podnošenje. Garantovani vremenski okvir koliko dugo treba da čekam dok mi moj KIC ne dozvoli da ponovo podnesem je jedini odgovor koji treba da izbegnete žalbu ili da budete zabrinuti zbog bilo čega, detaljniji razlog zašto se to dešava, ili čak jednostavno odgovaranje na poruke podrške. To mogu biti dani, nedelje, meseci ili nikada. Smetano je ne znati i ta podrška ne reaguje ni na šta. Druga podrška kaže da im pošaljete e-poštu za napredniju podršku, ali na e-poštu nije odgovoreno. Samo sam želeo da počnem da dobijem pomoć umesto da čekam mesecima.

After doing research I have the assumption that it is difficult to get in contact with BC Game and a resolution for KYC issues. People seem to not being hearing back from them or waiting months for a solution. I'm hoping to get my solution resolved in an easier/quicker manor.
My BC Game account has been locked for withdraw and tip access, I need to complete Advanced Verification. First, I started with trying to complete Basic Verification. I submitted my Passport documents (which failed), I submitted my Drivers License (my country doesn't have Drivers License as an option), I re took another picture of my Passport (that failed a second time) . In the Resubmit description it explains that my photo isn't clear enough to read requirements/ showing all four corners. So for the third picture, I took it at some distance to make sure everything is in view thinking it is as clear as possible. Once submitted it was loaded longer than my other submissions, then stated my Verification Failed. This time though the option to resubmit/verify has been disabled. I am told by support to "Just Wait" and the verify option should randomly appear again. But as stated earlier, I've come across many post of people stating support telling them to wait and months later nothing happens. I wasn't even able to get pass the first step in the basic verification I believe due to picture issues.. I have emailed BC Game twice on two different days, contacted X(twitter) BC Game support, wrote to Live Support twice, contacted BC Game support on another forum website they have an active response account on. None of the methods I used got a response from BC Game. Only Live Support , but both times all they are saying is to wait my issue is being escalated which it seems as though they don't really know a given time that that will happen as the statement "randomly check" to see if it appears and due to other people situations I'm not too trusting that waiting 24 hours will have the submit option appear again.. I don't mind waiting, but I would like more clarity. A guaranteed timeframe of how long of a wait until my KYC will allow me to resubmit again is the only answer one would need to avoid having to make a complaint or be worried about anything, a more detailed reason as to why this is occurring, or even just simply replying to support messages. It could be days, weeks, months, or never. Its bothersome not knowing and that support isn't responding to anything. Other support says to email them for more advanced support, but emails haven't been responded to. Just wanted to get ahead start on getting some help instead of potentially waiting months.
