Od mog poslednjeg odgovora, primio sam nekoliko imejlova od tima za podršku kazina van ove teme žalbi. Međutim, nijedna od tih poruka nije sadržala validan trag plaćanja, bankarski dokaz ili bilo kakve nove suštinske informacije u vezi sa isplatom.
U svojoj poslednjoj komunikaciji, naveli su da još uvek čekaju ažuriranje od nadležnog odeljenja, što sugeriše da pitanje ostaje nerešeno sa njihove strane.
Do danas, još uvek nisam primio sredstva.

I would like to provide a brief update regarding my case.
Since my last reply, I have received several emails from the casino support team outside of this complaint thread. However, none of those messages included any valid payment trace, banking proof, or any new substantive information regarding the withdrawal.
In their latest communication, they stated that they are still awaiting an update from the relevant department, which suggests that the matter remains unresolved on their side.
As of today, I still have not received the funds.
