Nažalost, sa žaljenjem vas obaveštavam da nismo u mogućnosti da nastavimo sa posredovanjem u vašem slučaju. Ovaj kazino je akumulirao značajan broj žalbi (18) koje su zatvorene u skladu sa našom Politikom bez reakcije, što znači da više puta ne odgovara na naše pokušaje komunikacije. Zbog ovog kontinuiranog nedostatka saradnje, primorani smo da zatvorimo vašu žalbu kao nerešenu.

Razumem da ovo nije zadovoljavajući ishod, posebno imajući u vidu da je vaš zahtev za povlačenje podnet 29. novembra, vaša verifikacija je odobrena i da je prošlo skoro mesec dana bez obrade uplate. Međutim, uprkos prethodnim višestrukim pokušajima da kontaktiramo kazino putem e-pošte, ćaskanja uživo i partnerskih kanala, nismo dobili nikakav odgovor.
Zatvaranje žalbi kao nerešenih negativno utiče na ukupnu ocenu kazina, a u nekim slučajevima, ovaj pritisak dovodi do toga da kazina preispitaju svoj pristup i kasnije se angažuju sa nama. Imajte u vidu da kazino i dalje može ponovo otvoriti ovu žalbu u bilo kom trenutku ako odluči da sarađuje.
Nažalost, na osnovu našeg iskustva, čini se da kazino sistematski ignoriše napore za posredovanje i toplo preporučujemo da budete oprezni kada se bavite njim u budućnosti.

Unfortunately, I regret to inform you that we are unable to continue mediating your case. This casino has accumulated a significant number of complaints (18) closed under our No Reaction Policy, meaning it repeatedly fails to respond to our attempts at communication. Due to this ongoing lack of cooperation, we are forced to close your complaint as Unresolved.

I understand that this is not a satisfactory outcome, especially given that your withdrawal request was submitted on November 29, your verification was approved, and nearly a month has passed without the payment being processed. However, despite previous multiple attempts to contact the casino via email, live chat, and affiliate channels, we have received no response.
Closing complaints as unresolved does negatively affect the casino’s overall rating, and in some cases, this pressure leads casinos to reconsider their approach and engage with us later. Please note that the casino may still reopen this complaint at any time if they decide to cooperate.
Regrettably, based on our experience, the casino appears to systematically ignore mediation efforts, and we strongly recommend exercising caution when dealing with it in the future.
