Zdravo Kubo, zdravo BetAndPlay,
1) Potvrda i kontekst.
Dana 21. i 22. septembra 2025. godine poslao sam uslovni predlog da prihvatim ukupno 11.000 NOK (3.000 već uplaćeno + 8.000 NOK u roku od 48 sati, do 22. septembra 2025. godine, 16:00 časova po centralnoevropskom vremenu) kako bih zatvorio slučaj. Operator je prvo ponudio „u znak dobre volje" od 3.000 NOK i izjavio da je to sve što ću dobiti. U očajničkom pokušaju da brzo rešim stvar (nakon dugog vremena bez pravog odgovora), predložio sam kontrapredlog od 11.000 NOK. U istom imejlu u kojem je dat kontrapredlog, postavio sam rok do 22. septembra za plaćanje 11.000 NOK i smatrao bih stvar zatvorenom. Taj rok nije ispoštovan, tako da je njihov argument da je ovaj moj predlog obostrano prihvaćen i ispunjen u skladu sa njegovim uslovima pogrešan iz više razloga. Čak i da je rok bio ispunjen (nije bio), i dalje je neprimereno vršiti pritisak na igrača da prihvati manje nego što je legitimno osvojio prema uslovima koje je objavio operater.
Kazino nije ispunio rok, jasno naveden kao uslovi za ponudu u istoj e-poruci u kojoj je ponuda data. Sredstva su uplaćena 24. septembra 2025. (mogu da dostavim vremenske oznake novčanika/računa; i evidenciju e-pošte) i tek nakon što sam podneo ovu žalbu. Nije bilo e-pošte o prihvatanju ili dokumenta o poravnanju - samo uplata i, ubrzo nakon što sam je povukao, zabrana naloga kod srodnih brendova i nikakva dalja komunikacija.
Dana 23. septembra 2025. godine poslao sam dodatni imejl u kojem sam tražio ažuriranje o mom prethodno navedenom predlogu za poravnanje i upozorio da ću, ukoliko ne bude dijaloga, nastaviti sa formalnim podnošenjem zahteva do 26. septembra 2025. godine, 16:00 časova po centralnom standardnom vremenu. Ta poruka nije promenila, resetovala niti zamenila prvobitni rok za prihvatanje od 22. septembra 2025. godine, 16:00 časova po centralnom standardnom vremenu, za tretiranje predmeta kao potpuno rešenog. Jednostavno je obavestila kazino o sledećim koracima ako ne bude daljeg angažovanja (žalbe i pregleda). U ovom imejlu nije bilo pomena o novom roku za tretiranje predmeta kao potpuno zatvorenog. Kazino je propustio rok od 22. septembra, nije odgovorio niti komunicirao i tek je 24. septembra 2025. godine, odmah nakon što sam podneo žalbu i bez ikakve potvrde o prihvatanju/poravnanju, uplatio sredstva.
2) Prihvatanje i prava zadržana
Potvrđujem da sam u svom imejlu ponudio da završim stvar za 11.000 NOK ako se plati do navedenog roka u istom imejlu u kojem je ponuda data. Pošto operater nije poštovao jasno navedene uslove koji se odnose na ovu ponudu i bez ikakve potvrde o potpunom i konačnom poravnanju, moja ponuda je istekla i nije bilo potpisanog izuzeća. Stoga potvrđujem prijem 11.000 NOK, ali ne kao „potpuno i konačno" poravnanje. Zadržavam sva prava i i dalje tužim za približno (≈ 46.151 NOK, umanjeno za okrete od ~1000 → ~510 odmah pripisane nakon prinudnog ograničenja i 11.000 NOK već plaćenih - konačni iznos koji se sada duguje tada je jednak 34.641 NOK.)
3) Zašto spor ostaje na nivou suštine
600 besplatnih okretaja je bilo zasnovano na depozitu (BNPWELCOME).
Uslovi i odredbe za bonuse objavljeni u kazinu, koji su na snazi (24.12.2024), primenjuju maksimalni iznos isplate u klauzuli 1.5 samo na bonuse bez depozita/bonus bez depozita.
Za bonuse/FS vezane za depozit, 2.1 / 2.2 / 2.12 nameću pravila klađenja + maksimalne opklade; ne navode nikakvu maksimalnu isplatu.
Nije bilo obaveštenja o ograničenju od 1.000 NOK pre depozita: klik na promociju od 600 FS vodio je direktno do prozora za prijavu/depozit sa unapred popunjenim kodom — bez stranice sa uslovima i odredbama specifičnim za bonus.

1) Confirmation & context.
On 21–22 Sep 2025 I sent a conditional proposal to accept 11,000 NOK total (3,000 already credited + 8,000 NOK within 48 hours, by 22 Sep 2025, 16:00 CEST) to close the case. The operator first offered 3,000 NOK "goodwill" and stated this was all I’d receive. In a desperate attempt to resolve the matter quickly (after a long time without a proper answer), I counter-suggested 11,000 NOK. In the same email where the counter proposal was made i set a deadline for 22. Sep to pay the 11,000 NOK and i would consider the matter closed. That deadline was not met, so their argument that this proposal by me was mutually accepted and fulfilled within it's terms is wrong on several accounts. Even if the deadline had been met (it wasn’t), it remains improper to pressure a player into accepting less than they legitimately won under the operator’s own posted terms.
The casino did not meet the deadline, clearly stated as terms for the offer in the same email as the offer was made. The funds were credited on 24 Sep 2025 (I can provide wallet/receipt timestamps; and email logs) and only after I filed this complaint. There was no acceptance email or settlement document—just a credit and, shortly after I withdrew it, an account ban across sister brands and no further communication.
On 23 Sep 2025 I sent a follow-up asking for an update on my previously stated settlement proposal and warning that, absent dialogue, I would proceed with formal filings by 26 Sep 2025, 16:00 CEST. That message did not change, reset, or supersede the original acceptance deadline of 22 Sep 2025, 16:00 CEST for treating the matter as fully settled. It simply notified the casino of next steps if there was no further engagement (complaint and reviews). There was no mention of a new deadline for treating the matter as fully closed in this email. The casino missed the 22 Sep deadline, did not respond or communicate and only credited funds on 24 Sep 2025, right after I filed the complaint and without any acceptance/settlement confirmation.
2) Acceptance & rights reserved
I acknowledge that in my email I offered to close the matter for 11,000 NOK if paid by the stated deadline in the same email as the offer was made. Because the operator did not overhold the terms clearly specified pertaining to this offer and without any confirmation of a full-and-final settlement, my offer had expired, and there was no signed release. I therefore confirm receipt of 11,000 NOK, but not as a "full & final" settlement. I reserve all rights and maintain my claim for the approximately (≈ 46,151 NOK, less the spins from ~1000 → ~510 immediately credited after the forced cap and 11,000 NOK already paid - final amount owed right now then equals 34,641 NOK.)
3) Why the dispute remains on the merits
The 600 Free Spins were deposit-based (BNPWELCOME).
The casino’s posted Bonus T&Cs in force (24.12.2024) apply the max-cashout in clause 1.5 to no-deposit bonuses/no-deposit FS only.
For deposit-related bonuses/FS, 2.1 / 2.2 / 2.12 impose wagering + max-bet rules; they do not state any max cashout.
There was no pre-deposit disclosure of a 1,000 NOK cap: clicking the 600 FS promo led straight to the login/deposit modal with the code pre-filled—no bonus-specific T&C page.
