Unabhängig von nachfolgenden Einzahlungen hätte jetzt gemäß AGB (max. auszahlbarer Betrag aus aus Freispielen = 3x Gewinn entspricht 3x 10,40 EUR = 31,20 EUR)

ein Abzug von 122,21 EUR erfolgen müssen. Stattdessen wurden später aber 290,56 EUR abgezogen.

Danach haben Sie weitergespielt und Ihr Guthaben auf 521,76 EUR erhöht. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurde der falsche Betrag von Ihrem Konto abgezogen.

In diesem Fall muss klar zwischen dem bereits vorhandenen Echtgeldguthaben und den Gewinnen aus Einzahlung und Bonus unterschieden werden:

• 329,09 EUR waren Ihr bereits vorhandenes Echtgeldguthaben vor Einzahlung und Bonus.
• Der restliche Betrag bis 521,76 EUR, also 192,67 EUR, bestand aus Gewinnen aus der Einzahlung und dem Bonus.

Von diesen 192,67 EUR hätten letztlich nur 31,20 EUR verbleiben dürfen. Die entsprechende Differenz ist genau der Betrag, den wir derzeit kompensieren.
