Posle skoro dva meseca, konačno sam dobio imejl od Betcoin Security-ja u kojem je navedeno da će mi vratiti depozit i traženo da navedem USDT ERC20 adresu.
Odmah sam odgovorio sa svojom ispravnom ERC20 USDT adresom i potvrdio da je ovo moj jedini nalog na njihovoj platformi.
Međutim:
Povraćaj novca nikada nije poslat
Moj nalog ostaje zatvoren
Nije naveden ID transakcije
Podrška je ponovo prestala da odgovara
Moja sredstva (200 USDT) su i dalje zadržana
Izričito su potvrdili da će mi vratiti depozit, ali to nisu učinili. Smatram da je ovo nepravedno i obmanjujuće.

We’ve reopened this complaint at the request of jeseph22. We would like to allow this case one more chance to be resolved and help both parties involved to reach a satisfactory conclusion.
We have received the following information from the player:
I requested a withdrawal of 200 USDT. After some time, my account was restricted and later completely closed.
After almost two months, I finally received an email from Betcoin Security stating that they would return my deposit and asking me to provide a USDT ERC20 address.
I replied immediately with my correct ERC20 USDT address and confirmed that this is my only account on their platform.
However:
The refund was never sent
My account remains closed
No transaction ID was provided
Support stopped responding again
My funds (200 USDT) are still withheld
They explicitly confirmed they would return my deposit, but failed to do so. I believe this is unfair and misleading
behavior.
