I then requested a withdrawal of my funds.
After submitting the withdrawal request, I did not receive any confirmation email or notification indicating that the request was being processed.
I contacted live chat support to ask how long withdrawals typically take.
I was told that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be approved, despite the platform advertising much faster processing times (around 15 minutes).
I accepted this explanation and waited.
A few hours later, when I attempted to log in to my account, I found that my account had been blocked.
At the time my account was blocked, my balance was approximately 650 USDC, with an additional 50 USDC in a pending withdrawal request.
I contacted live chat again to ask for the reason behind the account block.
I was told that I need to resolve this via email support.
I sent an email as instructed but have not received any response.
Given the sequence of events—particularly the account being blocked shortly after requesting a withdrawal, along with the lack of communication—it appears to me that the platform may be deliberately avoiding payment.
