Želeo bih da podnesem žalbu protiv BetFury-ja u vezi sa oduzimanjem mog stanja.
Hronologija događaja:
Registrovao sam svoj nalog 2021. godine i uspešno prošao KYC verifikaciju.
U to vreme Ukrajina nije bila navedena kao zemlja pod ograničenjima.
U prošlosti sam normalno koristio platformu i uspešno sam uplaćivao i isplaćivao novac.
2022. godine sam prestao da igram zbog ratne situacije.
2026. godine sam se vratio na platformu, ali moj nalog je bio neaktivan. Veb-sajt me je uputio da kontaktiram podršku radi ponovne aktivacije.
Podrška je ponovo zatražila moja dokumenta. Uspešno sam dostavio sva tražena dokumenta za verifikaciju. Tim za podršku je pregledao moja dokumenta, jasno video moju zemlju prebivališta, ručno ponovo aktivirao moj nalog i ohrabrio me da nastavim da koristim platformu.
Nakon reaktivacije:
Uplatio sam 100 USDT;
Normalno sam igrao slotove i sportsko klađenje;
Nisam koristio nikakve bonuse;
moj saldo je dostigao 293 dolara.
Kada sam zatražio povlačenje, kazino ga je otkazao i obavestio me da je Ukrajina sada zemlja sa ograničenjima.

Nikada nisam dobio nikakvo upozorenje ili obaveštenje da je Ukrajina postala ograničena;
vebsajt je ostao dostupan iz moje zemlje;
Podrška mi je ručno vratila nalog nakon pregleda mojih dokumenata;
depoziti su prihvaćeni bez ikakvih problema;
Ograničenja su primenjena tek nakon što sam zatražio povlačenje.
U početku je podrška obećala da će mi vratiti puni depozit od 100 USD. Kasnije su promenili iznos na 65 USD. Nakon daljih razgovora, konačno su vratili samo 100 USD, dok su mi konfiskovali preostalih 193 USD.
Verujem da je ovo nepravedno jer je kazino svesno ponovo aktivirao moj nalog, prihvatio moje depozite, dozvolio klađenje i pokrenuo pitanje tek nakon što su se pojavili dobici.
Molim za pomoć u vraćanju oduzetih 193 američkih dolara.

I would like to submit a complaint against BetFury regarding confiscation of my balance.
Timeline of events:
I registered my account in 2021 and successfully passed KYC verification.
At that time Ukraine was not listed as a restricted country.
I used the platform normally in the past and successfully made deposits and withdrawals.
In 2022 I stopped playing due to the war situation.
In 2026 I returned to the platform, but my account was inactive. The website instructed me to contact support for reactivation.
Support requested my documents again. I provided all requested verification documents successfully. The support team reviewed my documents, clearly saw my country of residence, reactivated my account manually, and encouraged me to continue using the platform.
After reactivation:
I deposited 100 USDT;
I played slots and sports betting normally;
I used no bonuses;
my balance reached 293 USD.
When I requested withdrawal, the casino cancelled it and informed me that Ukraine is now a restricted country.
Important facts:
I never received any warning or notification that Ukraine had become restricted;
the website remained accessible from my country;
support manually restored my account after reviewing my documents;
deposits were accepted without any issue;
restrictions were enforced only after I requested withdrawal.
Initially support promised to return my full 100 USDT deposit. Later they changed the amount to 65 USDT. After further discussions they finally returned 100 USDT only, while confiscating the remaining 193 USD.
I believe this is unfair because the casino knowingly reactivated my account, accepted my deposits, allowed betting activity, and only raised the issue after winnings appeared.
I request assistance in recovering the confiscated 193 USD.
