Želeo bih jasno da objasnim svoju situaciju i šta tražim.
Dana 26.12.2025. godine, slučajno sam uplatio 450 evra na svoj Betibet račun. Ovaj depozit je izvršen greškom. Nameravao sam da podignem sredstva, a ne da uplatim, jer sam već imao dovoljno sredstava na svom računu.
Depozit nije bio nameran i izvršen je samo zato što je proces povlačenja imao problema.
Pre ovog slučajnog depozita, već sam imao 460 evra na svom računu, što su bili legitimni dobici. Ova sredstva:
Postojalo je pre depozita od 450 evra
Nisu ponovo uloženi
Nisu bili povezani sa bonusima
Nisu pomešani sa slučajnim depozitom.
Pokušao/la sam da podignem ovih 460 evra, ali je kazino otkazao moje zahteve za podizanje, uprkos tome što je moj nalog bio KYC verifikovan. Pošto je podizanje otkazano, ostao/la sam u procesu podizanja, što je direktno dovelo do slučajnog depozita, iako nisu bila potrebna dodatna sredstva i nisam imao/la nameru da uplatim.
Odmah nakon što je primetio grešku:
- Nisam iskoristio/la 450 evra
- Nisam se kladio/kladila
- Nisam prihvatio/la nikakav bonus niti unapređenje
Zatražio/la sam povraćaj slučajno uplaćenog depozita od 450 evra, oslanjajući se na Uslove korišćenja Betibeta, klauzula 14.1, koja dozvoljava povraćaj novca kada sredstva nisu iskorišćena. Uprkos tome, Betibet je odbio da vrati depozit i umesto toga me je obavestio/la da moram da uložim približno 1.300 evra pre nego što se dozvoli bilo kakvo povlačenje. Smatram da je ovaj zahtev nepravedan i da je u suprotnosti sa njihovim sopstvenim uslovima, jer nije korišćena nikakva usluga i nije se izvršilo klađenje.
Radi jasnoće:
- Nijedan bonus nije prihvaćen
- Nije došlo do klađenja
- Dobit od 460 evra je ostao netaknut
- Depozit od 450 evra je bio slučajan i neiskorišćen
Povraćaj novca je odmah zatražen
Uplata je obrađena putem Payabl-a, provajdera plaćanja regulisanog od strane EU, što dodatno podržava moj stav da bi trebalo da se primenjuju standardi EU o zaštiti potrošača.
Ono što tražim preko posredovanja Casino Guru-a je jednostavno:
Potpuni povraćaj slučajno uplaćenog depozita od 450 evra na prvobitni način plaćanja.
Ne tražim povraćaj mog dobitka od 460 evra. Samo objašnjavam njihovu ulogu kako bih pružio potpun kontekst i pokazao da uopšte nije bilo potrebe za dodatnim depozitom.

I would like to clearly explain my situation and what I am requesting.
On 26.12.2025, I accidentally deposited €450 into my Betibet account. This deposit was made by mistake. I intended to withdraw funds, not deposit, as I already had sufficient balance on my account.
The deposit was not intentional and was made only because the withdrawal process had issues.
Before this accidental deposit, I already had €460 on my account, which were legitimate winnings. These funds:
Existed before the €450 deposit
Were not wagered again
Were not bonus-related
Were not mixed with the accidental deposit.
I attempted to withdraw these €460 winnings, but my withdrawal requests were cancelled by the casino, despite my account being KYC-verified. Because the withdrawal was cancelled, I remained in the withdrawal process, which directly led to the accidental deposit, even though no additional funds were required and I had no intention to deposit.
Immediately after noticing the mistake:
- I did not use the €450
- I did not place any bets
- I did not accept any bonus or promotion
I requested a refund of the accidental €450 deposit, relying on Betibet’s Terms and Conditions, clause 14.1, which allows refunds where funds have not been used. Despite this, Betibet refused to refund the deposit and instead informed me that I must wager approximately €1,300 before any withdrawal is allowed. I believe this requirement is unfair and contradicts their own terms, as no service was used and no wagering took place.
For clarity:
- No bonus was accepted
- No wagering occurred
- The €460 winnings were untouched
- The €450 deposit was accidental and unused
The refund was requested immediately
The payment was processed via Payabl, an EU-regulated payment provider, which further supports my position that EU consumer protection standards should apply.
What I am requesting through Casino Guru mediation is straightforward:
A full refund of the accidental €450 deposit to the original payment method.
I am not requesting a refund of my €460 winnings. I am only explaining their role to provide full context and to show that there was no need for an additional deposit in the first place.
