Napravio sam nalog na Betiniji i igrao sam tamo (ne predugo, ne previše opklada) dok nisu ograničili račun, što je bilo prilično brzo. Nakon ograničenja, želeo sam da podignem svoj dobitak i izvršio sam isplatu (maksimalno 500 evra po zahtevu/dan). Nakon toga su tražili neke podatke za verifikaciju (lična karta, selfi, selfi sa platforme, istorija transakcija, dokaz o adresi) koje sam dostavio i profil je uspešno verifikovan. Početnih 500 evra je uplaćeno mom provajderu plaćanja, međutim za ostatak su rekli sledeće:
- Prvo su se pozvali na Uslove i odredbe 4.2 koji kažu da moram imati 18 godina da bih imao nalog (imam preko 30) i ja sam im to ukazao
- Kasnije su rekli da su se pozvali na pogrešan odeljak i da je ispravan 4.4 (što znači da je dozvoljen samo jedan nalog po domaćinstvu/IP adresi/broju telefona).
Objasnio sam im da sam u mom domaćinstvu jedina osoba koja ima nalog, da sam koristio svoj telefon (samo telefon) za klađenje na nalogu koji je jedinstven, ja sam jedinstven, moja IP adresa treba da bude jedinstvena i sve treba da bude jedinstveno.
Nisam čuo za njih poslednja tri dana, pa sam odlučio da podnesem žalbu da proverim da li bi ovo pomoglo.

I created an account on Betinia and I played there (not too long, not too many bets) until they limited the account which was pretty fast. After the limitation I wanted to withdraw my winnings and i placed the withdrawal order (it was maximum 500e per request/day). Afterwards they requested some verification details (ID, selfie, selfie with the platform, transaction history, proof of address) which i provided and the profile was successfully verified. The initial 500e were credited to my payment provider, however for the rest they said the following:
- They first referenced Terms and conditions 4.2 which says that I must be 18 years to have an account (I have over 30) and I pointed that to them
- Later they said that they referenced the wrong section and that the correct is 4.4 (meaning that one account per household/ip/phonenumber is only allowed.
I explained to them, that in my household I am the only person having an account, that I used my phone (only phone) for betting on the account which is unique, I am unique, my IP should be unique and everything should be unique.
I haven't heard of them for the last three days so I decided to file a complaint to check if this would help.
