Betmaksimus pokušava iste stare trikove koje je gospodin Vest radio pre više od godinu dana u vezi sa KYC dokumentima kako bi sprečio verifikaciju naloga kako bih mogao da podignem novac.

Betmaksimus navodi iste razloge. Slike pasoša i dokaza o adresi poslate bez promenjenih metapodataka. Zato sam prosledio isti imejl koji sam poslao gospodinu Vestu sa svojim pasošem i selfijem (što je u žalbi gospodina Vesta konačno prihvaćeno, jer sam sliku napravio telefonom i direktno je postavio na imejl). Takođe sam poslao Betmaksimusu svoj dokaz o adresi, sliku napravljenu telefonom i direktno je postavio na imejl. Snimio sam ekran telefona radeći ovo i poslao imejl (isto što sam morao da uradim za gospodina Vesta prošle godine).
Takođe sam poslao video snimak svog pasoša Betmaksimusu na kojem se vide sva četiri ugla itd. i okrećem ličnu kartu u ruci (isto sam uradio i za gospodina Vesta).
Isti odgovor od Betmaximus-a u vezi sa metapodacima (Metapodaci se ne mogu menjati prilikom snimanja slika telefonom i direktnog otpremanja na imejl, takođe je MrWest prihvatio dokumente prošle godine).
Možda bi Kudo mogao ponovo da pomogne, jer je apsurdno da se ovo ponovo dešava sa drugim kazinom kojim upravlja ista kompanija, iz istih razloga, iako sam koristio iste dokumente koje je prihvatio gospodin Vest ili koristio istu metodu koju je gospodin Vest prihvatio kako bi se osiguralo da metapodaci nisu promenjeni (u slučaju dokaza o adresi), tako da je sve ažurno.

Betmaximus are trying the same old tricks Mr West did over a year ago regarding KYC documents to prevent account verification so I can withdraw.

Betmaximus are claiming the same reasons. Passport and proof of address pictures sent without metadata changed. So I forwarded the same email I sent to MrWest of my passport and selfie (which in the MrWest complaint was finally accepted, as I took the picture on my phone and uploaded straight to email). I also sent Betmaximus my proof of address, pic taken on my phone and uploaded straight to email. I recorded my phone screen doing this and sent the email (same thing I had to do for MrWest last year).
I also sent in a video of my passport to Betmaximus showing all four corners etc and turning the ID in my hand (same thing I did for MrWest).
Same copy and paste response back from Betmaximus regarding metadata (Not possible for Metadata to be changed when taking pics on your phone and uploading straight to email, also documents were accepted by MrWest last year).
Perhaps Kudo could help again as it is ridiculous to be happening again with another casino run by the same company, for the same reasons even though I have used the same documents that were accepted by Mr West or using same method MrWest accepted to ensure no Metadata was changed (in case of the proof of address) so everything is in date.
