Registrovani sam korisnik BetOnRed-a. Dugo vremena sam mogao da uplaćujem i podižem sredstva bez ikakvih problema. Međutim, poslednjih nekoliko meseci nisam mogao da podignem svoj trenutni iznos od 1000 evra.
Kontaktirao sam vaš tim za podršku najmanje 20 puta i svaki put mi je rečeno da će problem uskoro biti rešen i da jednostavno treba da sačekam. Nažalost, ništa se nije promenilo.
Sada mi je pristup sajtu potpuno ograničen iz moje zemlje (Gruzije) — mogu se prijaviti samo pomoću VPN-a. I dalje mogu da vidim svoj saldo, ali ne mogu da ga podignem ni na jedan raspoloživ način. Situacija je postala neprihvatljiva i izuzetno sam razočaran nedostatkom rešenja.
Još jednom vas ljubazno molim da mi pomognete da pristupim i povučem svoj legitimni dobitak. Spreman/na sam da verifikujem svoj nalog i dostavim sva potrebna dokumenta — ali mi je potreban funkcionalan način povlačenja novca, kao što je PayPal ili neka druga bezbedna opcija.
Ako se ovaj problem ne reši brzo, neću imati drugog izbora nego da eskaliram slučaj podnošenjem žalbi na javnim platformama za nadzor kockanja kao što su AskGamblers, Casino Guru i Trustpilot.

Dear Support / Complaint Resolution Team,
I am a registered user of BetOnRed. For a long time, I was able to deposit and withdraw funds without any issues. However, for the past few months, I’ve been unable to withdraw my current balance of €1000.
I have contacted your support team at least 20 times, and each time I was told the issue would be resolved soon and that I simply needed to wait. Unfortunately, nothing has changed.
Now, my access to the site is fully restricted from my country (Georgia) — I can only log in using a VPN. I can still see my balance, but I cannot withdraw it through any available method. The situation has become unacceptable, and I am extremely disappointed by the lack of resolution.
I am kindly asking you once again to help me access and withdraw my legitimate winnings. I am willing to verify my account and provide any documents needed — but I need a working withdrawal method, such as PayPal or another secure option.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the case by filing complaints on public gambling watchdog platforms such as AskGamblers, Casino Guru, and Trustpilot.
