Potpuno je predatorski dozvoliti igračima da uplaćuju depozite bez ikakvih ograničenja u vezi sa IP adresom, samo da bi se „deljena IP adresa" koristila kao izgovor da se zapleni njihov novac i odbije bilo kakav dijalog čim pobede i pokušaju da povuku novac. Ja sam stvarna osoba, ponudio sam kompletnu KYC proveru da bih to dokazao i samo želim svoj novac nazad.

Crucial point for the mediation: The casino had absolutely no problem with our shared IP or device when I registered and made my $50 USD deposit. They allowed me to deposit and risk my money freely. However, the exact moment I tried to withdraw my legitimate winnings from those two football bets, they instantly blocked my account and confiscated my funds.
Furthermore, I have repeatedly tried to dialogue with them through multiple emails, stating that I would be satisfied with just getting my initial $50 USD deposit back. However, they remain completely unyielding and refuse to return even my own deposited capital.
It is completely predatory to allow players to deposit without any IP restrictions, only to use "shared IP" as an excuse to seize their money and refuse any dialogue as soon as they win and try to withdraw. I am a real individual, I offered full KYC to prove it, and I just want my money back.
