Što se tiče tvrdnji i odluke kazina - iako ne mogu da podelim sa vama detalje iz razumljivih razloga (nemam dozvolu kazina da delim detalje, a to bi moglo poslužiti i kao priručnik o tome kako da izbegnete da budete otkriveni u budućnosti u ovom ili drugim onlajn kazinima), imajte na umu da mi je dostavljeno dovoljno dokaza koji potvrđuju da je 1 korisnik koristio više od 1 naloga (uključujući i vaš) u kazinu, ili na osnovu dostavljenih podataka/detalja sa povezanih naloga, verovatno bi bilo nemoguće dokazati suprotno.
Ako insistirate da vidite prateće dokaze, nažalost, moraćete da ih zatražite od kazina ili da se obratite organu za igre na sreću koji reguliše kazino. Kao što sam napomenuo, iako sam video dovoljno dokaza koji potvrđuju tvrdnje i odluku kazina, nije mi dozvoljeno da delim nikakve detalje sa vama.

If you insist on seeing the supporting evidence, unfortunately, you will have to ask the casino for it or turn to the gaming authority that the casino is regulated by. As I mentioned, although I saw sufficient evidence confirming the casino's claims and decision, I am not allowed to share any details with you.
On the other side, to be honest, I think that after all the findings, you can be glad and happy that with our help, the casino refunded your deposits.
