Pišem Vam da bih podneo/la formalnu žalbu u vezi sa mojim nerešenim problemom sa pristupom nalogu i obradom mojih zahteva za podršku.
Dana 09.11.2025. uplatio sam 150 funti na svoj račun. Od tada nisam mogao da pristupim svom nalogu, jer funkcija resetovanja lozinke ne šalje imejlove na moju registrovanu adresu.
Uprkos svakodnevnom kontaktiranju putem ćaskanja uživo i slanju imejlova korisničkoj podršci, problem ostaje nerešen. Više puta su me tražili da ponovo navedem problem i ponovo pošaljem snimke ekrana, ali nije postignut nikakav napredak. Ovaj ponavljajući ciklus me je ostavio sa osećajem zanemarivanja i nepodržavanja.
Takođe sam podneo zvanične žalbe i zatražio povraćaj novca, jer uplaćena sredstva ostaju neiskorišćena. Međutim, nisam dobio nikakvu potvrdu o tome da li će moj zahtev za povraćaj biti obrađen, niti jasno obaveštenje o tome kada će mi pristup nalogu biti vraćen.
Očekujem odmah pojašnjenje statusa mog povraćaja novca i hitno rešavanje problema sa pristupom mom nalogu.
Molim vas da ovo pitanje tretirate kao prioritet.
I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding my unresolved account access issue and the handling of my support requests.
On 09/11/2025, I deposited £150 GBP into my account. Since then, I have been unable to access my account, as the password reset function does not send any email to my registered address.
Despite contacting live chat daily and emailing customer support every day, the issue remains unresolved. I have repeatedly been asked to restate the problem and resend screenshots, yet no progress has been made. This repetitive cycle has left me feeling disregarded and unsupported.
I have also submitted formal complaints and requested a refund, as the deposited funds remain unused. However, I have not received any confirmation on whether my refund request will be actioned, nor any clear update on when my account access will be restored.
I expect immediate clarification on the status of my refund and urgent resolution of my account access issue.
Please treat this matter as a priority.
