Zdravo, pokušao sam da podignem novac i zamrznuli su mi račun. Tražili su od mene da promenim registrovanu imejl adresu, koja je bila @hotmail.com, u @gmail.com jer nisam primao imejlove za podršku. Onda sam im poslao fotografije lične karte i izvoda iz banke za poslednja 2 meseca sa kojim sam uplatio novac. Sve sam dostavio i sada mi šalju samo automatski odgovor. Već sam mnogo puta podizao i uplaćivao novac tokom nekoliko godina (2024) i koristim ovaj kazino, za slotove ili sportsko klađenje.
