I have since recorded a video clearly demonstrating that the input field always shows capital letters, even when lowercase characters are typed.
I typed the code from an iPhone, which does not automatically insert capital letters mid-word unless manually done. I did not switch case or manually capitalize any letters — I typed it consistently in lowercase. However, due to the platform’s behavior of forcibly displaying input in all caps, I had no indication that my entry was incorrect. Despite raising this concern and requesting confirmation of what the system actually recorded, I was not given a direct answer.
A system should not visually misrepresent input while enforcing strict case-sensitive validation behind the scenes. This issue has resulted in the forfeiture of a bonus through no fault of my own, and the time spent investigating and reporting the issue has not been acknowledged or fairly compensated.
I am requesting a fair review of this situation by an impartial party and a resolution that acknowledges both the flawed design and the time and effort I have invested in raising this concern.
