Before addressing the details, we would like to kindly remind the Casino Guru team to review the player’s previous complaints and discussion posts related to our casino. This appears to be a recurring issue, and the current situation seems to mirror the earlier case.
Piotr has been an active player with us for several months. The only difficulties encountered with his withdrawals are connected to the use of his credit cards. Each failed withdrawal attempt generated different notifications from our payment service providers (PSPs), consistently advising us that the cards in question are not eligible to receive payments — most often due to bank restrictions or security flags on the player’s side.
In one particular case, the returned error message even indicated potential fraud or stolen card activity, which automatically prevents the payment from being processed further.
We have already advised the player on multiple occasions to use cryptocurrency as an alternative method for both deposits and withdrawals, as this would completely eliminate these card-related issues.
At the end of the day, if Piotr genuinely believed our casino was unwilling to pay players, it wouldn’t make sense for him to continue playing with us for such a long time. We believe this shows he is well aware that Blaze Spins operates as a fully legitimate and licensed casino.
We also want to emphasize that we are fully transparent and more than happy to provide all necessary supporting evidence to the Casino Guru team - including chat transcripts, e-mail communication, and detailed transaction logs - to confirm our position.
