Igrao sam u kazinu Blaze i osvojio 4595 evra. Odmah sam poslao potrebna dokumenta i čekao da budu odobrena. Ništa se nije desilo. U čet-u su mi rekli da budem strpljiv i da će mi se odeljenje za plaćanje javiti kada dokumenti budu odobreni. Poslao sam imejl odeljenju za plaćanje posle oko 2 nedelje, a zatim jednom nedeljno, bez ikakve povratne informacije. Posle oko mesec dana dobio sam imejl u kojem se tražilo još dokumenata u video formatu gde sam pročitao . Poslao sam nekoliko video snimaka i nadao se da je to poslednje što mi je potrebno. Od tada sam nekoliko puta slao imejlove, a nisam dobio nikakav odgovor. Kada sam kontaktirao čet, dobio sam samo odgovor da je to van njihove kontrole, ali da će ostaviti obaveštenje nadležnom odeljenju. Danas je prošlo 3 meseca otkako sam osvojio novac i on ostaje na računu, ali dokumenti su navedeni kao na čekanju i sve dok to rade, ne može se izvršiti isplata.

Since then I have sent emails several times without getting any response. When I contacted the chat I only get the answer that it is out of their control but that they will leave a notice to the relevant department. Today it has been 3 months since I won the money and it remains in the account but the documents are listed as pending and as long as they do that, no withdrawal can be made.
