BlazeBet Uslovi i odredbe - Odeljak 7 - red 7.9

obrađuje moju isplatu od 1.000 evra;
objašnjava zašto je prekoračio navedeni vremenski okvir od 24 sata;
I would like to raise a complaint regarding BlazeBet Casino concerning both the delay to my withdrawal and, more importantly, the fact that funds subject to a withdrawal request remain available for gambling.
On 24 August 2026 at approximately 01:52, I requested a withdrawal of €1,000 after a very fortunate slots win. My account is already fully KYC verified.
At the time of writing, around 48 hours have passed and the withdrawal still shows as "Processing".
I contacted BlazeBet support and was simply told to "be a bit more patient."
I understand that withdrawals can occasionally take longer and I am not claiming at this stage that BlazeBet has refused to pay me.
However, BlazeBet's own Terms and Conditions, Section 7, state that withdrawals can take "up to 24 hours" to process.
BlazeBet Terms and Conditions - Section 7 - line 7.9
If withdrawals can actually remain pending for several days or even longer, why advertise a maximum of "up to 24 hours" in the first place?
If 24 hours is not genuinely the maximum processing period, I believe customers should instead be given a realistic timeframe.
My main concern, however, is more serious.
Despite having an active €1,000 withdrawal, the same money remains available in my playable casino balance. I can open a slot right now and gamble the funds I have already requested to withdraw.
I personally will not touch the money, but this creates an obvious player-protection problem.
Once a player decides to withdraw funds, that amount should be removed from the playable balance and locked while the withdrawal is processed. If the player changes their mind, they should have to consciously cancel or reverse the withdrawal before the money becomes available for gambling again.
The current system creates a situation where a vulnerable, impulsive or inexperienced player could request a withdrawal, assume the money has been set aside, continue gambling because a balance is still displayed, and unknowingly gamble away the exact funds they were waiting to receive.
This concern is not theoretical.
Casino Guru already has a previous BlazeBet complaint titled "BlazeBet Casino - Player believes that their withdrawal has been delayed."
In that case, BlazeBet stated that the player's withdrawal was no longer active because the balance connected to it had subsequently been used in gameplay while the withdrawal was pending.

That appears to demonstrate exactly the risk I am describing.
I therefore believe BlazeBet should answer two questions:
1. Why state "up to 24 hours" in the Terms and Conditions if withdrawals can remain pending beyond that period?
2. Why are funds subject to an active withdrawal request still available for gambling?
In my view, the system should simply be:
Withdrawal requested → funds locked → withdrawal processed.
If the player wants the money returned to their gambling balance, they should have to explicitly cancel the withdrawal first.
My preferred resolution is that BlazeBet:
processes my €1,000 withdrawal;
explains why it exceeded the stated 24-hour timeframe;
explains why pending withdrawal funds remain playable; and
considers changing its system so that withdrawn funds are automatically locked until the withdrawal is completed or explicitly cancelled.
I can provide screenshots showing the withdrawal, its "Processing" status, the date and time, my available balance, and confirmation of completed KYC.
Again, I am not currently alleging that BlazeBet has refused to pay me. My main concern is that keeping pending withdrawal funds available for gambling creates an unnecessary and avoidable player-protection risk.
The problem becomes even more pronounced if I make another deposit while the withdrawal is pending.
For example, if I deposit €100, my displayed balance would effectively become €1,100.
BlazeBet requires deposited funds to be wagered before they can subsequently be withdrawn, meaning I would then have to manually keep track of two things: that I must never allow my balance to fall below the €1,000 already committed to my original withdrawal, and how much of the new €100 I have wagered toward satisfying the wagering requirement.
BlazeBet already has all of this information internally, yet its system places the burden on the player to mentally distinguish between pending-withdrawal funds and genuinely playable funds.
