Podnosim ovu zvaničnu žalbu u vezi sa neisplatom mojih legitimnih dobitaka ostvarenih na platformi BlockBets. Moj nalog je u potpunosti verifikovan i sva tražena dokumentacija je dostavljena. Novčanik sa kriptovalutama koji se koristi za isplatu pripada meni lično i sve aktivnosti na mom nalogu su sprovedene u potpunosti u skladu sa uslovima i odredbama BlockBets-a.
Do datuma ovog pisma, moj zahtev za povlačenje sredstava nije obrađen. Nisam dobio ni tražena sredstva niti bilo kakvo zvanično objašnjenje za kašnjenje ili odbijanje. Smatram da je ovo jasno kršenje korisničkog ugovora i mojih prava kao kupca.

Moj prvi zahtev za povlačenje sredstava je podnet pre više od dve nedelje.
Verifikacija naloga je trajala 10 dana, uprkos navedenom vremenskom okviru od 1-2 dana.
Sada čekam već 5 dana na povlačenje sredstava, dok uslovi same platforme navode vreme obrade od 12-24 sata.
Ovo nije samo neprofesionalno — graniči se sa nezakonitim i obmanjujućim ponašanjem.
Video sam više žalbi od drugih korisnika koji se suočavaju sa sličnim problemima. Uobičajena objašnjenja uključuju navodne promene dobavljača plaćanja ili nejasne „interne istrage" – nijedna od njih nije transparentna ili prihvatljiva kada su u pitanju sredstva igrača.
Ljubazno molim za vašu pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema, jer svi pokušaji da se problem reši direktno sa BlockBets-om bili su neuspešni.
