1. Bez VPN-a tokom registracije ili transakcija:
Izričito izjavljujem da nikada nisam koristio/la VPN tokom registracije svog naloga, niti tokom mojih poslednjih depozita ili uspešnih isplata. Moj nalog je kreiran pre više od 3,5 godine iz Indije, i svi moji KYC dokumenti dokazuju moje prebivalište u Indiji. Iako ponekad koristim VPN za svoj profesionalni rad na istoj mreži, nikada nije korišćen za zaobilaženje ograničenja kazina ili manipulaciju mojom lokacijom radi prednosti u igri.
2. Kazinova sopstvena kontradikcija:
Važno je napomenuti da me kazino BlueChip nikada nije prijavio zbog korišćenja VPN-a u poslednjih 42 meseca. Čak i sada, zvanični razlog koji su naveli za moje blokiranje i zaplenu mojih 26.000 ₹ je „Duplirani nalog" prema njihovim specifičnim pravilima Annexure-a, a NE korišćenje VPN-a. Pominjanje problema sa lokacijom sada je očigledno pokušaj da se skrene pažnja sa činjenice da su dozvolili da 3,5 godine star nalog radi, uplaćuje depozite i gubi novac, samo da bi ga blokirali čim sam pobedio.
3. Princip fer-pleja:
„Fer-plej" je namenjen sprečavanju igrača da steknu nepravednu finansijsku prednost (kao što je zloupotreba bonusa ili prevara).
Nisam imao nikakve koristi od slučajnog dupliranog naloga.
Igrao sam samo sa pravim novcem.
Nisam zatražio nikakve zabranjene bonuse.
Ako nisam stekao nepravednu prednost, onda su, prema industrijskom standardu fer-pleja, moji dobici legitimni.
4. Uticaj na poverenje:
Ako organizacije poput Casino Guru dozvole kazinima da se kriju iza takvih „tehničkih izgovora" kako bi izbegli isplatu poštenih dobitaka, to će potpuno uništiti poverenje igrača u ekosistem onlajn igara i posrednička tela osmišljena da ih zaštite.
Lojalan sam i transparentan kupac od septembra 2022. Očekujem rešenje zasnovano na zaslugama moje igre i činjenici da kazino nije prijavio nikakve „duplirane" probleme skoro 4 godine, dok su rado prihvatali moje depozite.
Spreman sam da pružim sve dodatne dokaze potrebne da se ovaj slučaj pravedno završi. Potrebna mi je vaša podrška da bih verovao u fer kockanje.

1. No VPN during Registration or Transactions:
I explicitly state that I have never used a VPN during the registration of my account, nor during my latest deposits or successful withdrawals. My account was created over 3.5 years ago from India, and all my KYC documents prove my Indian residency. While I sometimes use a VPN for my professional company work on the same network, it has never been used to bypass casino restrictions or manipulate my location for gameplay advantages.
2. Casino’s Own Contradiction:
It is important to note that BlueChip Casino never flagged me for VPN usage in 42 months. Even now, the official reason they provided for blocking me and seizing my ₹26,000 is "Duplicate Account" under their specific Annexure rules, NOT VPN usage. Bringing up location issues now is clearly an attempt to deflect from the fact that they allowed a 3.5-year-old account to operate, deposit, and lose money, only to block it the moment I won.
3. The Principle of Fair Play:
"Fair Play" is intended to prevent players from gaining an unfair financial advantage (like abusing bonuses or fraud).
I have gained zero advantage from the accidental duplicate account.
I have played with real money only.
I have not claimed any prohibited bonuses.
If I didn't gain an unfair advantage, then per the industry standard of Fair Play, my winnings are legitimate.
4. Impact on Trust:
If organizations like Casino Guru allow casinos to hide behind such "technical excuses" to avoid paying honest winnings, it will completely shatter the players' trust in the online gaming ecosystem and the mediation bodies designed to protect them.
I have been a loyal and transparent customer since September 2022. I expect a resolution based on the merits of my gameplay and the casino's failure to flag any "duplicate" issues for nearly 4 years while they were happily accepting my deposits.
