Da bih odgovorio na vaša pitanja, preduzeo sam nekoliko koraka kako bih pokušao da rešim ovaj problem:
Više puta sam slao imejlove u vezi sa kontinuiranim promotivnim porukama.
Pokušao/la sam da koristim čet za podršku, ali nisam mogao/la da se povežem ni sa kim jer se prozor za ćaskanje nije otvarao.
Poslao/la sam poruku putem opcije „formular" na veb-sajtu.
Pritisnuo/la sam dugme „isključeno" da bih prestao/la da primam promotivne imejlove i SMS poruke.
Takođe sam poslao imejl direktno support@bohocasino.com
Uprkos ovim naporima, juče u 11:00 časova sam primio još jedan promotivni imejl, a ponovo danas u 11:00 časova.
Nisam vas kontaktirao/la putem društvenih mreža, jer ne želim da kontakt bude povezan sa mojim ličnim nalozima na društvenim mrežama. Nisam uspeo/la da pronađem alternativne imejl adrese za podršku.

To answer your questions, I have taken several steps to try to resolve this issue:
I emailed multiple times regarding the continued promotional messages.
I attempted to use the support chat, but I was unable to connect with anyone because the chat window would not open.
I submitted a message through the website’s "form" option.
I pressed the "off" button to stop receiving promotional emails and SMS messages.
I also sent an email directly to support@bohocasino.com
Despite these efforts, I received another promotional email yesterday at 11:00 a.m., and again today at 11:00 a.m.
I have not reached out through social media, as I do not want contact connected to my personal social media accounts. I have not been able to find any alternative support email addresses.
