Iako razumem da odgovor kazina nije ishod koji ste očekivali, bojim se da se sa naše strane vrlo malo toga može učiniti kada se potvrdi kršenje pravila industrijskih standarda.
Generalno se snažno zalažemo da se ograničenja vezana za bonuse automatski primenjuju na nivou softvera kazina gde god je to moguće. Ovaj pristup je već implementiran od strane više kazina i pokazao se korisnim i za igrače i za operatere, jer pomaže u sprečavanju nenamernih kršenja pravila pre nego što do njih dođe.
Istovremeno, moramo priznati da različiti kazina rade na različitim softverskim platformama i infrastrukturama, što znači da takva implementacija nažalost još uvek nije standard u celoj industriji.
Važeća pravila za bonuse su na snazi radi održavanja fer i uravnoteženog okruženja za igru i, u principu, podjednako se primenjuju na sve igrače u kazinu.
Tokom naše istrage, zaključio sam da je pravilo maksimalne opklade zaista prekršeno kada ste koristili funkciju Bonus kupovine u slot igri Sneaky Santa dok ste još uvek kladili bonus. Kao takvo, kršenje je pružilo prednost koja ne bi bila dostupna da su se poštovali promotivni uslovi.
U svetlu gore navedenih nalaza, nismo u mogućnosti da zaključimo da je kazino postupao nepravedno ili na način koji nije u skladu sa njegovim utvrđenim pravilima i uslovima u ovom konkretnom slučaju.
Kao nezavisna služba za rešavanje sporova, mi ne zauzimamo stranu. Naša uloga je da pregledamo dostupne informacije i dokaze sa obe strane i donesemo zaključak na osnovu predstavljenih činjenica. Nakon pregleda okolnosti ovog slučaja, nisam pronašao nikakve osnove koji bi opravdali drugačiji ishod.
Pošto su razlozi koji su osnov naše odluke sada objašnjeni u meri dozvoljenoj u okviru naše uloge nezavisne službe za rešavanje sporova, ova žalba će sada biti zatvorena kao odbijena .

While I understand that the casino’s response is not the outcome you were hoping for, I am afraid there is very little that can be done from our side when a violation of the industry standard rules is confirmed.
We generally strongly advocate for bonus-related restrictions to be automatically enforced at the casino's software level wherever possible. This approach has already been implemented by multiple casinos and has proven beneficial for both players and operators, as it helps prevent unintentional rule violations before they arise.
At the same time, we also must recognize that various casinos operate on different software platforms and infrastructures, which means such implementation is unfortunately not yet an industry-wide standard.
The applicable bonus rules are in place to maintain a fair and balanced gaming environment and, in principle, apply equally to all players at the casino.
During the course of our investigation, I concluded that the maximum bet rule was indeed breached when you utilized a Bonus Buy feature in the Sneaky Santa slot game while you were still wagering the bonus. The activation of a Bonus Buy constitutes a deliberate player action and, therefore, cannot reasonably be regarded as an unintentional or coincidental event.
In line with general industry practice, a Bonus Buy (also referred to as a "Feature Buy") is considered a single wager or betting transaction. By selecting this feature, the player pays an enhanced stake amount upfront in order to gain immediate access to a bonus round, rather than triggering it through standard gameplay.
The casino's applicable terms and conditions state the following:

Furthermore, our position under the Fair Gambling Codex: Our Views on Problematic Areas is as follows:
"The bonus maximum bet rule is an industry standard, as is the casino's right to confiscate winnings derived from bonus play following a breach of this rule. We generally do not consider it appropriate to penalize casinos for enforcing established industry standards."
Based on the evidence reviewed, the round in which the maximum bet violation occurred resulted in winnings. These winnings contributed towards the completion of the wagering requirements and formed part of the funds ultimately converted into withdrawable balance. As such, the breach provided an advantage that would not have been available had the promotional terms been adhered to.
In light of the above findings, we are unable to conclude that the casino acted unfairly or in a manner inconsistent with its established rules and conditions in this particular case.
As an independent dispute resolution service, we do not take sides. Our role is to review the available information and evidence from both sides and reach a conclusion based on the facts presented. After reviewing the circumstances of this case, I have found no grounds that would justify a different outcome.
As the reasons underlying our decision have now been explained to the extent permissible within our role as an independent dispute resolution service, this complaint will now be closed as Rejected.
For future reference, I strongly encourage you to carefully review all applicable casino terms and promotional conditions before participating in bonus offers and ensure full compliance with them, as doing so may help avoid similar situations in the future.
