Zdravo, prošle godine sam želeo trajnu zabranu zbog zavisnosti od kockanja i morao sam biti zabranjen tri puta. Svaki put je nalog bio blokiran samo mesec dana. Ove godine se to već desilo dva puta.
U nedelju, 14. septembra u 16:08, poslao sam još jedan imejl sa fotografijom moje lične karte.
Imejl je stigao u četvrtak, 18. septembra u 12:55 časova.

Molimo vas da preostale cifre i CVC kod na poleđini pokrijete parčetom papira, jer su to osetljive informacije koje nam nisu potrebne.
Više nemam kreditnu karticu.
Račun je konačno zatvoren u ponedeljak, 3. novembra u 2:13.
Između septembra i sada sam prokockao preko 5.000-6.000 evra. Ovaj kazino ne štiti svoje igrače. Očekujem povraćaj novca od kazina.

Am Mo., 3. Nov. um 02:13 kam dann letztendlich die Kontoschließung.
In dem Zeitraum September bis jetzt habe ich über 5000-6000 Euro verspielt. Dieses Casino schützt seine Spieler nicht. Ich erwarte eine Rückerstattung von dem Casino.
