Registrovao sam se u ovom kazinu pre nedelju dana. Primetio sam kada sam se registrovao da RTP nije bio baš dobar u poređenju sa drugima, ali sam pomislio da ću ipak pokušati.
Pomenuću, takođe retko uplaćujem depozit u kazino i koristim njihovu promociju, jer mislim da većinu vremena nećete dobiti potreban iznos klađenja i mislim da ako se kladite i osvojite novac nakon toga, onda je njihova politika koja navodi da možete podići samo maksimalno 100 dolara čak i nakon što ispunite uslove klađenja jednostavno smešna.
Oni u osnovi čine sve što je moguće težim i osiguravaju da ne podižete ništa ako pobedite.
Moraju zapravo da shvate da je jedini razlog zašto većina uplaćuje depozite zbog ponuđenih bonusa, a bez toga većina ne bi uplaćivala, tako da bi trebalo bar da im se dozvoli da podignu bilo koji iznos kada se ispune uslovi za klađenje. Dakle, mislim da su skoro svi moji depoziti bili depoziti bez uključenog bonusa.

Takođe su imali opciju za depozit dok sam to čitao. Onda sam shvatio da je vreme da primim povraćaj novca danas i da je pisalo da odem na ćaskanje uživo da bih to zatražio. Mislio sam da je to crvena zastavica da to sistem nije uradio automatski i pomislio sam da se kladim da to rade da bi izbegli povraćaj novca. Ušao sam na ćaskanje uživo i zatražio povraćaj novca i dobio sam više izgovora zašto ne ispunjavam uslove.
Prvo je „samo za VIP igrače"
Onda sam odgovorio rekavši da je to za sve igrače, a ne posebno za VIP igrače.
Njihov drugi izgovor je bio „nisi igrao uglavnom u kazinu uživo, tako da nemaš pravo (pretpostavljam da misli da sam trebalo da većinu vremena i novca provedem u kazinu uživo, a ne na slotovima)"
Pa sam odgovorio pitanjem gde to piše u uslovima i odredbama?, jer nisam mogao da vidim nigde da to jasno navodi.
Njihov treći izgovor, pošto nisu mogli da odgovore na moj odgovor na izgovor br. 2, bio je „morate da potrošite sav svoj depozit i vreme u kazinu uživo, a vi to niste uradili".
Dakle, moj odgovor je ponovo bio, gde to konkretno navodi u Uslovima i odredbama? Zatim sam preko ćaskanja uživo poslao i snimak ekrana Uslova i odredbi i zamolio ga da mi pokaže.
Njihov četvrti izgovor zbog toga što nisu mogli da mi pokažu gde se to pominje u Uslovima i odredbama bio je da se mora potrošiti na igre u kazinu uživo poput blekdžeka, ruleta itd. (igrao sam sweet bonanza, 9 pots of gold slot uživo i rulet). Da li želite da pogodite šta sam odgovorio na to? ... pogodili ste, pitao sam gde to piše u Uslovima i odredbama? Takođe sam zatražio da se ovo eskalira njegovom supervizoru/menadžeru da ispita ovo, ali mi je rečeno „Ja sam tvoj menadžer". Rekao sam da nisam pitao ko je MOJ menadžer, pitao sam ko je TVOJ i rečeno mi je da on nema menadžera i da se sva pitanja rešavaju isključivo njemu.
Ovo se nastavljalo unedogled. Na kraju je zatvorio čet i iskoristio izgovor da sam neaktivan, što je bila laž. U suštini je dodavao pravila kako je čet odmicao. Svaki put kada nije mogao da odgovori ni na jedno moje pitanje, što su bila sva njegova pitanja, odgovarao bi sa drugim izmišljenim pravilom, misleći da ću zaboraviti da nije samo odgovorio na moja prethodna pitanja i fokusirati se na svoje sledeće novo pravilo.
Ukazao sam na to i rekao da nije odgovorio ni na šta što sam konkretno pitao, a takođe sam mu rekao da razgovara sa mnom kao da sam glup.
Zatim je rekao da nova pravila (koja je on osmislio kao odgovor na moja pitanja) ne moraju biti posebno navedena u uslovima i odredbama na isti način na koji ih je upravo rekao... njegova nova pravila nisu čak ni nejasno pomenuta u uslovima i odredbama!
Iskreno, nije stvar uopšte u povraćaju novca, već u recenzijama koje objavljuju forumi/kupci/sajtovi za recenzije, koje podržavaju visoku ocenu kazina itd., pa osoba onda ode u taj kazino i uplati novac, a zatim sazna kakvi su zapravo. Stvar je u tome što većina ljudi čak ni ne ističe njihovu poziciju, jer pokušavaju odmah da navedu osobu da se oseća glupo što to dovodi u pitanje.
Nadam se da većina neće pročitati ni sitna slova. Koliko idu da bi izbegli da plate čak i dolar, čini ih glupima, jer verovatno gube tog kupca i sve buduće depozite koji bi iznosili stotine do hiljade, sve da bi uštedeli 1 dolar.
Napravio sam snimak ekrana ćaskanja, uslova i odredbi bonusa i bonus reklama. Ako vam nešto od toga treba, javite mi. Izvinjavam se što nastavljam, ali prestalo mi je da se ovo dešava ljudima.
I signed up to this casino a week ago. I noticed when I signed up that the RTP wasn't too good compared to others, but I thought I'll still give it a chance.
I'll mention, I also rarely pay a deposit to a casino and use their promo with it, as I feel most times the wagering requirements most times you won't get the required amount wagered & I think that if you do wager and win any money after that, then their policies stating you can only withdraw max $100 even after meeting wagering requirements is just ridiculous also.
They basically make it hard as possible & ensure you don't withdraw anything if you do win.
They need to actually realise that the only reason most do deposit, is because of the bonuses offered and without that, most wouldn't deposit, so they should be at least allowing them to withdraw any amount once wagering requirements are met. So my deposits I think nearly all of them, were deposits with no bonus included.
I noticed though that there was a promo for a cash back offer for their live Casino. This is the offer:

They also had the option to deposit when I was reading it. I then realise it was time to receive cash back today & it said to go to live chat to request this. I thought it was a red flag that it wasn't done automatically by the system & thought I bet they do that to avoid the cash back. I go on live chat and request the cash back & was given multiple excuses as to why I'm not eligible.
The first being "its only for VIP players"
I then responded by saying its for all players & not specifically VIP players.
Their 2nd excuse was " you didn't play mostly in the live casino, so you're not eligible (im assuming he means that I should have spent most of my time and money in the live casino & not on slots)
So I responded by asking where it says that in the T&C ? because I couldn't see anywhere that it clearly states that.
Their 3rd excuse as they were not able to give an answer for my response to excuse no. 2 was " you have to spend all of your deposit & time in the live casino and you didn't do that ".
So my response was again, where does it specifically state that in the T&C ? I then also sent through the live chat a screenshot of the T&C & asked him to show me.
Their 4th excuse due to not being able to show me where it is mentioned in the T&C was that it has to be spent on live casino games like Blackjack, Roulette etc (I played sweet bonanza,9 pots of gold live slot & Roulette ). Do you want to guess what my response to that was ? ....you guessed it, I asked where it stated this in the T&C ? I also had requested this be escalated to his supervisor/manager to look into this,but was told "I am your manager". I said I didn't ask who MY manager is, I asked who YOURS is and was told that he doesn't have a manager & any issues go to him only.
This went on & on. He eventually closed the chat & used the excuse of me being inactive, which was a lie. He was basically adding rules in as the chat went on. Every time he couldn't answer anything I questioned, which was all of his responses, he would answer with another made up rule, thinking I'd forget he didn't just answer my previous questions and focus on his next new rule.
I pointed this out & said he hasn't answered anything I've questioned specifically & also told him that he is speaking to me like I'm stupid.
He then said that the new rules (he has come up with in response to my questions) dont have to specifically be stated in the T&C the same way he just said them ....his new rules aren't even mentioned vaguely in the T&C!
Its honestly not even about the cash back at all,Its about reviews being posted by forums/Customers/Review sites, backing the casino being highly rated etc, so the person then goes to that casino & deposits money and then finding out after what they are really like. Its that most people don't even call them out on it, because they try instantly to make the person feel stupid for questioning it and
hope that most won't read the fine print either.The extent they go to, to avoid paying even $, makes them stupid, because they likely lose that customer & any future deposits which would be hundreds to thousands, all to save $1.
