Moj nalog kod Campeonbet-a je nedavno zatvoren nakon što sam završio proces verifikacije. Tokom verifikacije, dostavio sam svoj pravi lični dokument kako je traženo. Dokument je bila originalna fotografija snimljena direktno sa mog uređaja i nije bila ni na koji način uređivana niti manipulisana.
Nakon što sam poslao/la verifikacione dokumente, dobio/la sam poruku od Campeonbet-a u kojoj se navodi da je moj nalog trajno zatvoren zbog navodne upotrebe falsifikovanih dokumenata. Ova optužba je netačna jer svi dostavljeni dokumenti pripadaju meni i autentični su.
Kontaktirao/la sam podršku i izrazio/la spremnost da završim sve dodatne korake verifikacije, uključujući verifikaciju selfijem ili video verifikaciju, ali moj zahtev nije pravilno pregledan.
U vreme kada je moj račun zatvoren, moj saldo je bio 36.500 NGN. Smatram da je nepravedno da mi se saldo konfiskuje bez jasnih dokaza da je bilo koje pravilo prekršeno.
Šta zahtevam:

Description of the Issue:
My account with Campeonbet was recently closed after I completed the verification process. During verification, I submitted my real identification document as requested. The document was an original photo taken directly from my device and was not edited or manipulated in any way.
After submitting my verification documents, I received a message from Campeonbet stating that my account had been permanently closed due to the alleged use of forged documents. This accusation is incorrect because all documents provided belong to me and are authentic.
I contacted support and expressed my willingness to complete any additional verification steps, including selfie verification or video verification, but my request was not properly reviewed.
At the time my account was closed, my balance was 36,500 NGN. I believe it is unfair for my balance to be confiscated without clear evidence that any rule was violated.
What I am requesting:
1. A full review of my account by the bookmaker’s compliance department.
2. Clear evidence showing why my documents were considered forged.
3. Restoration of my balance or at least the return of my deposit if the account closure decision remains.
I am willing to cooperate fully and provide any additional verification required to prove my identity.
