I don't quite understand what your issue is. Are you saying you asked for a bonus to be added to your account, and you didn't qualify for it?

As for available promotions on the website, Welcome Bonus is available only for the first 3 deposits. You can activate these on the bonus section of your user account after each deposit is made. If you have not claimed it for the said deposit numbers and continued playing, then of course they no longer show up on your bonus section.

There are however other bonuses available at all times. Some are automatic like the express cashback that is on the bet-slip, and once you check the box for this option, if you lose a multi/combo bet of at least 3 events with odds of 1.5 or higher, you get a percentage back based on the number of the event.

There are also manual cashback bonuses that you have to request via support, which is on specific events and needs to be calculated for each user. That's why we ask that you contact support for manual bonuses. Almost all other bonuses automatically appear on your bonus page.
