Što se tiče statusa licence kazina, koliko ja znam, lažna oznaka licence pojavila se u našoj recenziji kazina čak i pre nego što je žalba podneta.
Ukratko sam kontaktirao predstavnika kazina i obavešten sam o vašoj aktivnosti u igri, što na kraju nije uticalo na ishod žalbe. Imajte na umu da se dobici sa besplatnih turnira i/ili besplatnih bonusa u kazinu mogu unovčiti samo u situacijama kada je prethodno postojao depozit pravog novca.
Dobitke sa više uzastopnih besplatnih turnira ili više uzastopnih besplatnih depozita neće biti moguće isplatiti.

Regarding the license status of the casino, to my knowledge, the fake license designation appeared in our review of the casino even before the complaint was filed.
I was in contact with the representative of the casino briefly and was notified of your game activity, which ultimately didn't have an influence on the outcome of the complaint. Please keep in mind that winnings from free tournaments and/or free bonuses in the casino are cashable only in situations where there was a previous real money deposit.
Winnings from multiple consecutive free tournaments or multiple consecutive free deposits won't be withdrawable.
