Ovaj kazino me je dva puta opljačkao!
Odlučio sam da uplatim ukupno 60 evra, u tri depozita od po 20 evra. Gubio sam novac sve dok mi na računu nije ostalo samo 20 evra.
Ponuđen mi je bonus od 5 evra. Dobio bih ovih 5 evra ako bih uložio 250 evra. To je bio uslov klađenja.
Počeo sam da vrtim sa 20 evra koje sam imao na početku i stigao sam do oko 120 evra.
Kada sam ispunio uslov za klađenje od 250 evra, sav novac koji sam sakupio (oko 120 evra) je uklonjen/poništen sa mog računa i dobio sam samo 5 evra, tako da je moj saldo pao sa 120 evra na 25 evra. Ništa od ovoga nije bilo naznačeno na stranici gde su nudili i gde sam aktivirao bonus od 5 evra. Samo je pisalo da moram da uložim ukupno 250 evra da bih otključao tih 5 evra. Bio sam frustriran jer sam bio siguran da ću ono što sam do tada sakupio zadržati na svom računu, ali nisam.
Ovo je već bilo užasno, a nije ni moj glavni problem sa ovim kazinom.
Nakon svega ovoga, ostalo mi je 25 evra na računu, očigledno misleći da je to moj pravi novac koji mogu da podignem, pošto su mi jednostavno oduzeli/poništili ostatak novca koji sam ranije imao (oko 120 evra).
Tako sam nastavio da se kladim i uspeo sam da stignem do 250 evra, koje sam odmah povukao i otišao da spavam.
Danas kada sam se probudio, dobio sam imejl od finansijskog odeljenja kazina u kojem me obaveštavaju da je maksimalni iznos koji se može konvertovati u pravi novac 5 puta veći od iznosa bonusa = 25 evra.
Dakle, ne samo da su učinili da 120 evra nestane i postane 25 evra, već su i 250 evra ponovo nestalo i postalo 25 evra.
Ono što smatram neprihvatljivim jeste da nijedna od ovih informacija nije bila jasno prisutna na stranici gde sam video i aktivirao bonus od 5 evra.
A nakon što su završili opkladu od 250 evra, uzimanje oko 100 evra sa mog računa bez ikakvog objašnjenja značilo bi da je preostali iznos moj pravi novac, koji bi trebalo da mogu da podignem.
Ne mislim da je fer da mogu jednostavno da „izbrišu" / „ispare" novac koji sam satima skupljao — ne samo jednom, već dva puta!
U nastavku šaljem dokaz da sam uplatio 60 evra koje sam pomenuo, kao i sporno povlačenje sredstava, koje su otkazali bez ikakvog mog odobrenja, a novac je potpuno nestao sa mog računa.
Takođe šaljem imejl koji su mi poslali.
Ovo mi se nikada ranije nije desilo i bio bih vam veoma zahvalan na što bržoj pomoći. Strpljivo čekam vaš odgovor.

I was robbed by this casino twice!
I decided to deposit a total of €60, in three €20 deposits. I kept losing money until I only had €20 left in my balance.
I was offered a €5 bonus. I would receive these €5 if I wagered €250. That was the wagering requirement.
I started spinning with the €20 I initially had and got up to around €120.
When I completed the €250 wagering requirement, all the money I had built up (about €120) was removed/cancelled from my account and I only received the €5, so my balance went from €120 to €25. None of this was indicated on the page where they offered and where I activated the €5 bonus. It only said I had to wager a total of €250 to unlock those €5. I got frustrated because I was sure I would keep what I had accumulated up to that point in my balance, but I didn’t.
This was already awful, and it’s not even my main problem with this casino.
After all this, I was left with €25 in my balance, obviously thinking this was my real money that I could withdraw, since they had simply deducted/cancelled the rest of the money I had before (around €120).
So I kept betting and managed to reach €250, which I immediately withdrew and went to sleep.
Today when I woke up, I had an email from the casino’s finance department informing me that the maximum amount that can be converted into real money is 5x the bonus amount = €25.
So not only did they make €120 disappear into €25, they also made €250 disappear into €25 again.
What I find unacceptable is that none of this information was clearly present on the page where I saw and activated the €5 bonus.
And after completing the €250 wager, them taking around €100 from my account without any explanation would mean that the remaining balance is my real money, which I should be able to withdraw.
I don’t think it’s fair that they can simply "delete" / "evaporate" the money I spent hours building up — not just once, but twice!
Below I am sending proof that I deposited the €60 I mentioned, as well as the withdrawal in question, which they cancelled without any authorisation from me, and the money disappeared completely from my account.
I am also sending the email they sent me.
This has never happened to me before and I would really appreciate your help as soon as possible. I await your response patiently.
