Takođe, nismo mogli da pronađemo nikakav zapis u dostavljenim materijalima koji pokazuje da je nagrada trebalo da bude pripisana vašem računu.
Razumemo da je ovo razočaravajuće. Za buduće potrebe, preporučujemo da kad god je to moguće čuvate snimke ekrana ili video zapise takvih incidenata, jer su oni često jedini način da se provere tehnički problemi ove prirode.
Pošto nemamo dovoljno dokaza koji potkrepljuju vašu tvrdnju, nažalost sam primoran da odbacim ovu žalbu.

Unfortunately, since there is no screenshot, video recording, or other evidence confirming that the €20 clover reward was won but not credited, we are unable to pursue a formal claim with the casino. Likewise, we were unable to find any record in the provided materials showing that the reward should have been credited to your account.
We understand this is disappointing. For future reference, we recommend keeping screenshots or video recordings of such incidents whenever possible, as they are often the only way to verify technical issues of this nature.
As we do not have sufficient evidence to support your claim, I am unfortunately forced to reject this complaint.
