Podnosim zvaničnu žalbu protiv kazina Casino Heroes, kojim upravlja Hero Gaming Ltd, a koji je licenciran od strane Komisije za kockanje Kurasaa.
Dana 13. juna 2025. godine, moj Casino Heroes nalog je zatvoren nakon što sam dostavio KYC dokumenta i bez prethodne najave, a svi dobici od 1400€ na računu su konfiskovani.
Operator je tvrdio da je ova akcija usledila zbog kršenja njihovih Uslova i odredbi (posebno u vezi sa nedovršenim rundama igre).
Poričem takvo kršenje. Zatražio sam pristup svim dnevnicima igara i podacima o transakcijama kako bih dokazao da sam odlagao runde igre i da bih se branio. Kazino je odbio moj zahtev za GDPR rekavši da će „takvi podaci uticati na naša zakonska prava". Potvrđujući da njihova tvrdnja ne može da izdrži ispitivanje.
Verujem da je ovo odbijanje zloupotreba zakona o privatnosti kako bi se izbegla transparentnost i odgovornost. Kada bih imao pristup sopstvenim dnevnicima igranja, mogao bih da dokažem da je došlo do kašnjenja rundi igre.
Izgleda da je CasinoHeroes svestan ovoga i namerno uskraćuje podatke kako bi sprečio korisnike da opovrgnu nejasne i neproverene optužbe. Ovo je zlonamerna i neetička praksa.
Pored toga, operater je pismeno izjavio da su mi vratili depozit od 100 evra nakon zatvaranja računa. Međutim, proverio sam u svojoj banci da takav povraćaj nije primljen.
S poštovanjem molim Kazino Gurua da ovaj slučaj shvati ozbiljno. Čvrsto verujem da igrači imaju pravo pristupa sopstvenim zapisima o igranju, posebno kada se takvi podaci koriste za opravdanje kaznenih mera.
Licenciranom onlajn kazinu ne bi trebalo dozvoliti da optuži kupca za kršenje uslova, a istovremeno mu uskrati pristup podacima koji bi mogli da opovrgnu optužbu.

I am submitting a formal complaint against Casino Heroes, operated by Hero Gaming Ltd, which is licensed by the Curaçao Gambling Commission.
On June 13, 2025, my Casino Heroes account was closed after I provided KYC documents and without prior notice, and all winnings of 1400€ on the account were confiscated.
The operator claimed this action was due to a violation of their Terms and Conditions (specifically concerning unfinished game rounds).
I deny such violation. I requested access to my full game logs and transaction data in order to prove that I did delay game rounds and to defend myself. The casino denied my GDPR request saying "such data shall prejudice our rights at law". Confirming that their claim cannot withstand examination.
I believe this refusal is a misuse of privacy law to avoid transparency and accountability. If I had access to my own gameplay logs, I could demonstrate that delay of game rounds occurred.
CasinoHeroes appears to be aware of this, and is knowingly withholding data to prevent customers from disproving vague and unverified accusations. This is a malicious and unethical practice.
Additionally, the operator stated in writing that they had refunded my €100 deposit after closing the account. However, I have verified with my bank that no such refund has been received.
I respectfully request the Casino Guru to take this case seriously. I strongly believe that players have the right to access their own gameplay records, especially when such data is being used to justify punitive actions.
A licensed online casino should not be allowed to accuse a customer of violating terms while simultaneously denying them access to the very data that could disprove the accusation.
