Želeo bih da budem veoma jasan u vezi sa suštinom problema u ovom slučaju.
Trenutno, jedine metode povlačenja koje su mi dostupne na casinoandyou.com su zasnovane na kriptovalutama. Nema dostupnih opcija za povlačenje fiat valuta (nekriptovaluta), uprkos tome što je kazino prihvatio moj depozit putem Interac e-Transfer-a.
Nisam spreman/na da otvorim ili koristim kriptovalutni novčanik da bih pristupio/la svojim dobicima. Kriptovaluta nije predstavljena kao jedini način isplate pre depozita, a nisam pristao/la da preuzmem tehničke, finansijske i nepovratne rizike povezane sa isplatama kriptovaluta nakon toga.
Štaviše, kazino mi je eksplicitno naložio da, kako bih mogao da podignem novac putem alternativne metode, moram:
Uplatite novi depozit koristeći drugi način plaćanja
Uložite taj novi depozit u celosti
Potvrdite vlasništvo nad novim novčanikom za plaćanje
Verujem da je zahtevanje dodatnog depozita i klađenja kao uslova za isplatu postojećih dobitaka nerazumno, nestandardno i nije otkriveno pre mog početnog depozita.
Kazino takođe nije pružio nikakav vremenski okvir za vraćanje Interaka ili neke druge metode povlačenja fiat valute, što efikasno ostavlja kriptovalutu kao jedinu neposrednu opciju.
Pored toga, na mom nalogu su prikazani netačni lični podaci (pogrešan datum rođenja i netačna pokrajina), što izaziva zabrinutost da bi se ove neslaganja kasnije mogle iskoristiti za odlaganje ili odbijanje povlačenja sredstava.
Da odgovorim na vaša pitanja:
• Pokušao/la sam da podignem novac odmah nakon što su mi dobici pripisani
• Podaci o mom nalogu su ispravno uneti sa moje strane
U potpunosti sam spreman/spremna da završim standardne procedure verifikacije. Međutim, nisam spreman/spremna da uplaćujem dodatna sredstva, kladim se dalje ili se bavim kriptovalutama kako bih podigao/podigla svoj dobitak.
S poštovanjem molim da se ova žalba proceni na osnovu ograničenja za povlačenje novca nakon depozita i zahteva za ponovnim depozitom i klađenjem kako bi se pristupilo sredstvima.

I would like to be very clear about the core issue in this case.
At present, the only withdrawal methods available to me at casinoandyou.com are cryptocurrency-based. There are no fiat (non-crypto) withdrawal options available, despite the casino accepting my deposit via Interac e-Transfer.
I am not willing to open or use a cryptocurrency wallet in order to access my winnings. Cryptocurrency was not presented as the sole withdrawal method prior to deposit, and I did not agree to assume the technical, financial, and irreversibility risks associated with crypto withdrawals after the fact.
Furthermore, the casino has explicitly instructed me that in order to withdraw via an alternative method, I must:
Make a new deposit using another payment method
Wager that new deposit in full
Verify ownership of a new payment wallet
I believe requiring an additional deposit and wagering as a condition to withdraw existing winnings is unreasonable, non-standard, and was not disclosed prior to my initial deposit.
The casino has also failed to provide any timeframe for when Interac or another fiat withdrawal method will be restored, effectively leaving cryptocurrency as the only immediate option.
Additionally, there are incorrect personal details displayed in my account (wrong date of birth and incorrect province), which raises concern that these discrepancies could later be used to delay or deny withdrawal.
To answer your questions:
• I attempted to withdraw immediately after my winnings were credited
• My account information was entered correctly on my side
I am fully willing to complete standard verification procedures. However, I am not willing to deposit additional funds, wager further, or engage in cryptocurrency in order to withdraw my winnings.
I respectfully ask that this complaint be assessed on the basis of post-deposit withdrawal restrictions and the requirement to redeposit and wager in order to access funds.
