Prvo sam prošao automatsku verifikaciju veb stranice pomoću Sumsub-a, a sledećeg dana, 16. novembra, zatražena mi je dodatna verifikacija, pa sam poslao tražena dokumenta, a sledećeg dana, zatražen mi je izvod iz banke koji pokazuje uplate sa debitne kartice na moj igrački račun, što sam i uradio. Nakon toga, prošlo je 9 dana tišine. Korisnička podrška mi stalno daje iste odgovore da ubrzavaju moj problem, ali ništa se nije promenilo. U uslovima korišćenja kazina piše da verifikacija može trajati do 5 dana, što je do sada prošlo, i zbog toga nisam mogao da podignem 1830 evra sa mog računa. Mislim da nemaju nameru da mi isplate novac. A pročitavši prethodne žalbe na ovu stranicu, izgleda da nisam jedini, bilo je i nekih drugih igrača koji su se suočili sa istim problemima, tako da izgleda da su ovakve akcije namerne od strane ovog kazina. Potrebna mi je pomoć da verifikujem svoj nalog i da dobijem neka ažuriranja o ovom procesu, jer korisnička podrška kazina nije od pomoći po ovom pitanju i stalno mi daju iste odgovore koje čujem već 9 dana.
