I won 1400 euros at the casino, I have already been able to transfer 500 euros to my account twice, this worked without any problems.

The last 400,- that I wanted to withdraw was canceled with the justification that I should withdraw the same amount as I had deposited...which I did.

I requested a payout of the €400 again on August 26th, again to my Mastercard, just like the other €1,000. Unfortunately, all I got was the response that they're working on it.

ich habe bei dem Casino 1400,- Euro gewonnen , ich konnte schon Zwei mal 500,- auf mein Konto Transferieren, dies hat ohne Probleme geklappt.

Die letzten 400,- die ich nun Auszahlen wollte wurden mir storniert mit der Begründung ich solle ja so auszahlen wie auch eingezahlt wurde....was ich ja auch getan hatte.

ich habe nochmalsam 26.08 eine Auszahlung der 400,- beantragt , wieder auf meine Mastercard so wie die anderen 1000,- auch. Leider bekomme ich nur die Antwort das sie daran arbeiten.
