Registrovao sam se na Cloudbet-u, uplatio depozit i pobedio.
Kada sam zatražio povlačenje sredstava, zamoljen sam da potvrdim povlačenje putem e-pošte, što sam i učinio klikom na link za potvrdu.
Odmah nakon potvrde isplate, bio sam preusmeren na stranicu „Verifikujte svoj identitet". U tom trenutku, Cloudbet je zahtevao da završim KYC verifikaciju kako bi obradio isplatu.
Poslao/la sam sva tražena dokumenta za identifikaciju kako je navedeno. Od tada, stranica za verifikaciju prikazuje:
• Broj telefona: verifikovan
• Verifikacija identiteta: „U toku je pregled"
Ovaj status je ostao nepromenjen već duže vreme. Pošto KYC pregled nije završen, moje povlačenje ne može biti obrađeno i moja sredstva su zaključana.
Više puta sam kontaktirao podršku kompanije Cloudbet putem:
• imejl
• ćaskanje uživo
Međutim, nisam dobio nikakav odgovor. Nema objašnjenja za kašnjenje, nema zahteva za dodatnim dokumentima, niti procenjenog vremenskog okvira.
U potpunosti sam ispunio sve zahteve, ali moj račun je i dalje ograničen, a isplata blokirana/na čekanju.
Molim:
• završetak KYC pregleda
• obrada mog povlačenja
• jasna komunikacija sa podrškom Cloudbet-a
Objavljujem ovu žalbu javno jer je direktan kontakt sa Cloudbet-om potpuno propao i niko ne odgovara niti pomaže.

I registered at Cloudbet, made a deposit, and won.
When I requested a withdrawal, I was asked to confirm the withdrawal via email, which I did by clicking the confirmation link.
Immediately after confirming the withdrawal, I was redirected to the "Verify your identity" page. At this point, Cloudbet required me to complete KYC verification in order to process the withdrawal.
I submitted all requested identity documents as instructed. Since then, the verification page shows:
• Phone number: verified
• Identity verification: "Under review"
This status has remained unchanged for a long time. Because the KYC review is not completed, my withdrawal cannot be processed, and my funds are locked.
I have contacted Cloudbet support multiple times via:
• email
• live chat
However, I have received no response at all. There is no explanation for the delay, no request for additional documents, and no estimated timeframe.
I have fully complied with all requirements, yet my account remains restricted and my withdrawal blocked/pending.
I am requesting:
• completion of the KYC review
• processing of my withdrawal
• clear communication from Cloudbet support
I am posting this complaint publicly because direct contact with Cloudbet has completely failed and nobody answers or help.
