Prvobitno sam zatražio da budem samoisključen sa platforme 12. jula 2025. godine . Rekao sam predstavnicima korisničke podrške da patim od teške zavisnosti od kockanja i da me treba odmah isključiti.
Rekli su mi da moram da idem na 24-časovno hlađenje koje će se resetovati ako igram ili uplatim depozit. Pokrenuo sam njihovo hlađenje, ali sam im rekao da moram biti samoisključen ili ću igrati sav svoj novac.
Odbili su da me samoisključe, i na kraju sam igrao preko 200 evra posle 12. jula zbog njihovog neznanja.
Konačno su me samoisključili nekoliko nedelja kasnije kada sam pretio da ću sebi oduzeti život.
Ne odgovaraju na imejlove i odbijaju da mi dostave transkripte ćaskanja. Međutim, imam dokaz da sam pokušao da se samoisključim njihovim metodama 12. jula. Istovremeno sam eksplicitno rekao korisničkoj podršci da sam zavisnik i da ću igrati sav svoj novac ako me odmah ne banuju, a oni su odbili da me saslušaju.
Ovo je suprotno njihovim propisima o licenciranju i mora se zaustaviti.

I initially requested to be self-excluded from the platform on the 12th of July, 2025. I told the customer support representatives that I suffer from a crippling gambling addiction and need to be excluded immediately.
They told me I need to go on a 24 hour cool down that will reset if I play or deposit. I initiated their cooldown but told them I need to be self-excluded or I will play all of my money.
They refused to self-exclude me, and I ended up playing upwards of 200 euros after the 12th of July due to their ignorance.
They finally self-excluded me a few weeks later when I threatened to end my life.
They do not answer emails and refuse to provide me chat transcripts. I, however, have proof I tried to self-exclude via their methods as well on 12th of July. Simultaneously I explicitly told the customer support that I am an addict and will play all of my money if I am not banned immediately and they refused to listen.
This goes against their license regulations and needs to be stopped.
