1. januara u 08:05, zatražio sam isplatu sa CoinCasino-a od 48.069.588 PEPE, što je u to vreme vredelo između 202 i 203 američka dolara.
U trenutku zahteva za povlačenje, na veb stranici kazina je navedeno da se povlačenja obrađuju u roku do 24 sata.
Nakon što je prošao ovaj period od 24 sata, povlačenje je ostalo označeno kao „U preispitivanju".
Drugog januara sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i obavešten sam da je kašnjenje posledica velikog broja zahteva za isplatu. Složio sam se da sačekam dodatno vreme.
Trećeg januara, nakon više od 48 sati, isplata i dalje nije bila obrađena. Ponovo sam kontaktirao podršku i dobio isto objašnjenje.
Sada je prošlo više od 72 sata otkako sam zatražio povlačenje, a sredstva su i dalje u fazi „Pregleda" bez rešenja ili isplate.
Depozit i isplata su izvršeni u istoj kriptovaluti (PEPE), bez bonusa i konverzije valuta, tako da ne postoji valjan tehnički razlog za tako dugotrajan pregled.
Snimci ekrana prikazuju politiku povlačenja koju prikazuje kazino, status povlačenja na čekanju, istoriju depozita i odgovore podrške kazina putem ćaskanja uživo.
Imajte na umu da su neki snimci ekrana na mom maternjem jeziku (brazilski portugalski), jer su preuzeti direktno sa platforme kazina.
Razumem da se mogu javiti operativni problemi, ali ovo kašnjenje je preterano i neopravdano. Jednostavno zahtevam da mi se sredstva isplate, što je moje pravo kao igrača.

At the moment of requesting the withdrawal, the casino’s website stated that withdrawals are processed within up to 24 hours.
After this 24-hour period had passed, the withdrawal remained marked as "Under Review".
On January 2nd, I contacted live chat support and was informed that the delay was due to a high volume of withdrawal requests. I agreed to wait additional time.
On January 3rd, after more than 48 hours, the withdrawal was still not processed. I contacted support again and received the same explanation.
Now, more than 72 hours have passed since I requested the withdrawal, and the funds are still under "Review" with no resolution or payment.
The deposit and withdrawal were made in the same cryptocurrency (PEPE), with no bonus involved and no currency conversion, so there is no valid technical reason for such a prolonged review.
The screenshots provided show the withdrawal policy displayed by the casino, the pending withdrawal status, the deposit history, and the responses from the casino’s live chat support.

I understand that operational issues may occur, but this delay is excessive and unjustified. I am simply requesting my funds to be paid, which is my right as a player.
