Pišem vam da bih zvanično podneo žalbu u vezi sa nedavnim uklanjanjem 900 funti sa mog isplaćenog iznosa iz Cosmobet kazina, nakon dobitka koji je nastao od besplatne opklade. Ne mogu ni da objasnim koliko sam zgrožen ovom situacijom.
Dana 14.10.2025. godine, dobio sam promociju preko vaše platforme koja je nudila 50 besplatnih okretaja po 10 penija, koju sam prihvatio. Osvojio sam približno 2,50 funti od ovih okretaja. Zatim sam nastavio da igram mini-igre i sportsko klađenje, uspešno povećavši taj iznos na 1.400 funti, koje sam potom povukao.

Formulacija je nejasna i ne definiše kako ili kada se takva ograničenja primenjuju, posebno kada se dobici naknadno koriste u standardnoj igri ili sportskom klađenju.
Nepoštena praksa:
Uklanjanje sredstava nakon pobede – posebno kada igrač nije bio svestan bilo kakvog ograničenja – pokreće ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa pravičnošću i transparentnošću. Da je ograničenje dobitka bilo jasno prikazano u trenutku prijema ponude ili da je postavljena blokada za klađenje nakon dostizanja ograničenja, ne bih provodio sate nastavljajući da povećavam dobitke ako nikada nisam mogao da ih podignem, doneo bih drugačiju odluku o tome kako da nastavim.
Mogu da vidim različite zahteve za besplatnu opkladu pre nego što podnesem žalbu na ovoj stranici, međutim, kao što je gore pomenuto, ništa od toga mi nije jasno naznačeno.

Potpun pregled odluke o zadržavanju 900 funti mog dobitka.
Jasno objašnjenje gde je navedeno ograničenje dobitka i kako mi je to saopšteno u vreme kada je ponuda prihvaćena.
Ponovno utvrđivanje zadržanog iznosa ili razumno rešenje dobre volje ako je napravljena greška u jasnoći promocije.

However, I was later notified via email that I had exceeded a win limit tied to the free spins, and that £900 was removed from my account – leaving me with only £500. I was informed this was due to a £500 win cap associated with free spin promotions.

I can see the various free bet requirements prompts before submitting a complaint on this site, however as mentioned above none of this was indicated clearly to me.
Given the above, I am requesting:
A full review of the decision to withhold £900 of my winnings.
A clear explanation of where the win cap was stated and how it was communicated to me at the time the offer was accepted.
A reinstatement of the withheld amount, or a reasonable goodwill resolution if an error has been made in the promotion's clarity.
I trust Cosmobet values its players and will handle this matter with the seriousness and transparency it warrants.
