U mojoj prepisci sa timom kazina, pored ostalih detalja i dokaza, dobio sam i ovaj rezime:

Hvala vam što ste ponovo otvorili slučaj.
U nastavku je kratak rezime našeg istraživanja i nalaza:
1. Cosmoswin nikada nije primio navodni depozit
Ne postoji zapis o tome da je zatraženi iznos stigao do bilo kog Cosmoswin novčanika ili našeg procesora za kripto plaćanja (NOWPayments). Nikada nijedan iznos nije pripisan, nije na čekanju niti je moguće naplatiti ga sa naše strane.
2. Transakcija nije obrađena putem Cosmoswin-a ili NOWPayments-a
Naš procesor plaćanja, NOWPayments, pismeno je potvrdio da heš transakcije koji je igrač dostavio potiče iz posebne berze kreirane u mobilnoj aplikaciji ChangeNOW (iOS), a ne iz našeg kazina ili našeg trgovačkog naloga.
3. Pogrešna destinacija / aplikacija treće strane koju je koristio igrač
Analiza blokčejna pokazuje da su sredstva poslata korišćenjem mobilne aplikacije ChangeNOW-a, na adresu i oznaku odredišta koja pripada ChangeNOW-u, a ne Cosmoswin-u.
ChangeNOW je odmah prosledio sredstva i više ih ne drže, što onemogućava njihovo vraćanje.
4. Istekao pokušaj depozita na strani Cosmoswin-a
Naš sistem je generisao pokušaj depozita za igrača, ali je on ostao istekao, što znači da igrač nikada nije završio proces depozita i da sredstva nisu primljena.
5. Nezavisna potvrda od strane službe za usklađenost obrađivača
Usklađenost NOWPayments-a je eksplicitno potvrdila da:
• transakcija nije mogla da poteče od Cosmoswin-a
• čak i u scenariju vezanom za memorandum/oznaku odredišta
• i da transakcija nije povezana sa našim trgovačkim nalogom
6. Obrazac u više kazina
Igrač je doživeo isti ili zapanjujuće sličan problem sa „nedostajućim depozitom" u više kazina u sličnom vremenskom okviru, što snažno ukazuje na nedostatak ponašanja u dobroj veri, a ne na grešku operatera.
Zaključak
Na osnovu:
• interni logovi
• analiza blokčejna
• i nezavisnu potvrdu od našeg procesora plaćanja
Možemo sa sigurnošću zaključiti da igrač nije uplatio tražena sredstva kompaniji Cosmoswin i da je žalba neosnovana.
Verujemo da se slučaj može bezbedno odbaciti.

Nakon pažljivog pregleda svih dostupnih informacija i dokaza, uključujući dokumentaciju od procesora za kripto plaćanja kazina (NOWPayments), potvrđeno je da Cosmowin nije primio sporna sredstva. Zapisi ukazuju da su sredstva umesto toga poslata na odredišnu oznaku povezanu sa drugim trgovcem.
S obzirom na to da ste podneli više žalbi u nekoliko kazina u vezi sa istim problemom, ovo pokreće razumna pitanja o validnosti vaših tvrdnji i vaših namera.
Međutim, nije utvrđeno nikakvo nezakonito ponašanje od strane kazina.
U svetlu gore navedenog, ovaj slučaj ćemo zatvoriti kao neopravdan . Naravno, imate pravo da se ne složite sa ovim zaključkom i možete pokrenuti postupak kod nadležnih organa ako i dalje smatrate da je vaš stav opravdan. Međutim, imajte u vidu da nismo u mogućnosti da pružimo podršku u takvim postupcima.

In my correspondence with the casino team, I have obtained, in addition to other details and proof, this summary:

Thank you for reopening the case.
Below is a concise summary of our investigation and findings:
1. Cosmoswin never received the alleged deposit
There is no record of the claimed amount reaching any Cosmoswin wallet or our crypto payment processor (NOWPayments). No funds were ever credited, pending, or recoverable on our side.
2. The transaction was not processed via Cosmoswin or NOWPayments
Our payment processor, NOWPayments, confirmed in writing that the transaction hash provided by the player originated from a separate exchange created in the ChangeNOW mobile application (iOS) and not from our casino or our merchant account.
3. Wrong destination / third-party app used by the player
Blockchain analysis shows that the funds were sent using ChangeNOW's mobile app, to an address and destination tag belonging to ChangeNOW, not Cosmoswin.
The funds were immediately forwarded by ChangeNOW and are no longer held by them, making recovery impossible.
4. Expired deposit attempt on Cosmoswin side
Our system generated a deposit attempt for the player, but it remained expired, meaning the player never completed the deposit flow and no funds were received.
5. Independent confirmation from processor compliance
NOWPayments Compliance explicitly confirmed that:
• the transaction could not have originated from Cosmoswin
• even in a memo/destination-tag related scenario
• and that the transaction is unrelated to our merchant account
6. Pattern across multiple casinos
The player experienced the same or strikingly similar "missing deposit" issue across multiple casinos within a similar timeframe, strongly indicating a lack of good-faith behavior rather than an operator error.
Conclusion
Based on:
• internal logs
• blockchain analysis
• and independent confirmation from our payment processor
we can confidently conclude that the player did not deposit the claimed funds to Cosmoswin, and the complaint is unfounded.
We believe the case can be safely rejected.

After carefully reviewing all available information and evidence, including documentation from the casino’s crypto payment processor (NOWPayments), it was confirmed that the disputed funds were not received by Cosmowin. The records indicate that the funds were instead sent to a destination tag associated with a different merchant.
Given that you have submitted multiple complaints across several casinos regarding the same issue, this raises reasonable questions about the validity of your claims and your intentions.
However, no wrongdoing has been identified on the part of the casino.
In light of the above, we will proceed to close this case as Unjustified. You are, of course, entitled to disagree with this conclusion and may pursue the matter with the appropriate authorities if you still feel your stance is justified. Please note, however, that we are unable to provide support in such proceedings.
