Osvrnuću se na ovaj „odgovor" od strane Crashino-a tačku po tačku, jer svaka izjava koju su dali nije samo lažna, već je namerno obmanjujuća i ima za cilj da prikrije činjenicu da su Crashino – i svi kazina koja posluju pod Igloo Ventures SRL – zatvorili moj nalog bez ikakvog objašnjenja, bez ikakve najave, bez ikakve komunikacije i bez ikakvog dokaza o bilo kakvom navodnom kršenju.
Budimo potpuno jasni:
1. „Potvrđeno kršenje Uslova i odredbi" – DOKAŽITE TO.
Krašino tvrdi da je došlo do „potvrđenog kršenja" njihovih uslova i odredbi.
Gde su dokazi?
Gde je komunikacija?
Gde je vremenska oznaka, objašnjenje, interni izveštaj, bilo šta?
Ne mogu da pruže nikakve dokaze jer nikada nije došlo do kršenja.
Odštampao sam i sačuvao Uslove korišćenja tačno onakve kakvi su bili na dan zatvaranja mog naloga, i imam snimke ekrana tačnog trenutka zatvaranja naloga, bez:
Bez upozorenja
Bez imejla
Nema zahteva za informacijama
Nema sukoba KYC-a
Bez prethodnih problema bilo koje vrste
Krašino tvrdi da su oni ovo komunicirali.
Oni NISU.
Oni ne mogu dokazati komunikaciju koja nikada nije postojala.
2. „Ovo nije bila iznenadna ili proizvoljna odluka" — Da, apsolutno jeste.
Krašino mi je odmah zatvorio nalog, bez ikakve prethodne poruke, i ostavio mi je:
Nema pristupa
Bez objašnjenja
Nema mogućnosti povlačenja
Nema odgovora nedeljama
Potpuno su nestali dok ih Kazino Guru nije naterao da javno nešto kažu.
Ako ovo „nije bilo iznenadno", onda bi Krašino lako trebalo da mi pruži poruku koju su mi navodno poslali.
Ne mogu — jer ne postoji.
3. „Aktivnost koju nismo u mogućnosti javno da otkrijemo" — Zgodno nejasno, jer nemaju ništa.
Svaki put kada neki prevarni kazino bude uhvaćen u krađi sredstava igrača, oni se vraćaju istom nejasnom izgovoru:
„Ne možemo otkriti prekršaj."
Prevod:
Nema kršenja zakona. Nikada ga nije ni bilo. Jednostavno su nepravedno konfiskovali sredstva.
Ako postoji stvarno kršenje pravila, mogu to privatno saopštiti Kazino Guruu.
Ali nisu.
Zašto?
Jer nemaju šta da pokažu.
4. „Za nas je stvar zatvorena." — Ova rečenica pokazuje njihovu apsolutnu aroganciju i lošu veru.
Upravo je takvo ponašanje ono što uništava reputaciju u ovoj industriji.
Legitiman kazino NIKAD ne kaže:
„Stvar je zatvorena."
Pogotovo kada:
Potpuno su ignorisali igrača
Ignorisali su svu komunikaciju
Nisu uspeli ništa da dokažu
Prekršili su sopstvene interne procedure
Nisu poštovali osnovna prava potrošača
Upravo zato svi kazina pod Igloo Ventures SRL zaslužuju najnižu moguću ocenu reputacije, jer je ovaj obrazac ponašanja predatorski i štetan za igrače.
Svaki operater koji konfiskuje sredstva bez objašnjenja, krije se iza nejasnih izgovora, odbija da pruži dokaze, a zatim arogantno proglašava „slučaj zatvoren" pokazuje:
Bez transparentnosti
Bez odgovornosti
Nema usklađenosti sa propisima
Nema poštovanja prema igračima
Nema spremnosti za rešavanje sporova
Ovo je školski primer prevarnog poslovanja kazina.
5. ZAVRŠNA POENTA: Da je Krašino imao bilo kakvo valjano opravdanje, odmah bi ga pružio.
Umesto toga:
Nestajali su nedeljama
Odgovorili su tek kada je Kazino Guru produžio tajmer
Dali su generički, prazan, izgovor bez dokaza
Odbili su da podele čak i osnovne detalje
Arogantno su odbacili ceo slučaj
Ovakvo ponašanje nije samo neprihvatljivo — ono je opasno za svakog igrača koji uplaćuje novac u bilo koji kazino pod upravom Igloo Ventures SRL.
S poštovanjem molim Casino Guru da ovo uzme u obzir prilikom ocenjivanja operatera, jer nijedan igrač ne bi trebalo da prođe kroz ono što sam ja prošao: zatvaranje naloga, zaplena sredstava i nikakav dokaz ili objašnjenje.

I will address this "response" from Crashino point by point, because every single statement they made is not only false, but deliberately misleading and meant to cover up the fact that Crashino – and all casinos operating under Igloo Ventures SRL – closed my account without any explanation, without any notice, without any communication, and without any proof of any alleged violation.
Let’s be absolutely clear:
1. "Confirmed breach of Terms and Conditions" – PROVE IT.
Crashino claims there was a "confirmed breach" of their T&C.
Where is the evidence?
Where is the communication?
Where is the timestamp, the explanation, the internal report, anything?
They cannot provide any proof because no breach ever occurred.
I have the Terms and Conditions printed and saved exactly as they were on the date they closed my account, and I have screenshots of the exact moment the account was closed, without:
No warning
No email
No request for information
No KYC conflict
No prior issue of any kind
Crashino claims they communicated this.
They did NOT.
They cannot prove a communication that never existed.
2. "This wasn’t a sudden or arbitrary decision" — Yes, it absolutely was.
Crashino closed my account instantly, without any prior message, and left me with:
No access
No explanation
No ability to withdraw
No reply for weeks
They completely disappeared until Casino Guru forced them to say something publicly.
If this was "not sudden," then Crashino should easily provide the message they supposedly sent me.
They can’t—because it doesn’t exist.
3. "Activity we’re not able to publicly disclose" — Conveniently vague, because they have nothing.
Every time a rogue casino gets caught stealing player funds, they fall back on the same vague excuse:
"We cannot disclose the violation."
Translation:
There is no violation. There never was. They simply confiscated funds unjustly.
If there is a real violation, they can communicate it privately to Casino Guru.
But they didn’t.
Why?
Because they have nothing to show.
4. "For us, the matter is closed." — This sentence shows their absolute arrogance and bad faith.
This is exactly the kind of behavior that destroys reputations in this industry.
A legitimate casino NEVER says:
"The matter is closed."
Especially when:
They ignored the player entirely
They ignored all communication
They failed to prove anything
They violated their own internal procedures
They failed to comply with basic consumer rights
