Uplatio sam ukupno 600 USDT na Crashino. 15. juna sam zatražio isplatu 464 USDT. Do danas, ova isplata je još uvek u toku i nije odobrena niti isplaćena, iako je prošlo više od dve nedelje.
Kazino je zahtevao KYC verifikaciju, i ja sam je u potpunosti završio. Podneo sam svaku dokumentaciju koju su tražili. Uprkos tome što sam završio svu potrebnu verifikaciju, moja isplata i dalje nije odobrena.
Svaki put kada kontaktiram podršku uživo, dobijam isti generički odgovor: da „tim pregleda transakciju" i da će biti „obrađena što je pre moguće". Nekoliko puta sam pitao koliko dugo treba da čekam i zašto isplata još uvek nije obrađena, posebno zato što isplata ove veličine obično ne bi trebalo da traje toliko dugo. Umesto jasnog odgovora, podrška stalno ponavlja iste poruke, ne daje rok niti konkretan razlog za kašnjenje, a u nekim slučajevima je zatvorila moj zahtev za podršku bez rešavanja bilo čega.
Želim da istaknem da sam uplatio znatno više nego što pokušavam da podignem (600 USDT uplaćeno u odnosu na 464 USDT traženo), tako da ne postoji razumno objašnjenje za zadržavanje isplate.
Imam snimke ekrana mojih razgovora sa timom za podršku Crashino-a, u kojima oni potvrđuju da je transakcija „u pregledu", ali nikada ne navode tačan vremenski okvir ili konkretan razlog za kašnjenje. Dostaviću ove snimke ekrana u prilogu.
Moj zahtev je jednostavan: želim samo da Crashino obradi i isplati moju isplatu od 464 USDT, pošto sam već ispunio sve njihove zahteve i dostavio svu traženu KYC dokumentaciju.

I deposited a total of 600 USDT on Crashino. On 15 June, I requested a withdrawal of 464 USDT. As of today, this withdrawal is still pending and has not been approved or paid, even though it has now been more than two weeks.
The casino requested KYC verification, and I completed it in full. I submitted every document they asked for. Despite completing all required verification, my withdrawal is still not approved.
Each time I contact live support, I receive the same generic response: that "the team is reviewing the transaction" and that it will be "processed as soon as possible." I have asked several times how long I need to wait and why the withdrawal is still not processed, especially since a withdrawal of this size should not normally take this long. Instead of a clear answer, support keeps repeating the same messages, gives no deadline or concrete reason for the delay, and on some occasions has closed my support ticket without resolving anything.
I want to highlight that I deposited significantly more than I am trying to withdraw (600 USDT deposited versus 464 USDT requested), so there is no reasonable explanation for holding the payment.
I have screenshots of my conversations with the Crashino support team, in which they confirm the transaction is "under review" but never provide an exact timeframe or a specific reason for the delay. I will provide these screenshots in the attachment.
My request is simple: I only want Crashino to process and pay my withdrawal of 464 USDT, since I have already met all their requirements and provided all requested KYC documentation.
