Osvojio sam 3.298 evra i podneo tri zahteva za isplatu od po 500 evra 16., 17. i 18. juna, jer sam ograničen ograničenjima isplate u kazinu.
Do sada su sva ova povlačenja već trebalo da budu obrađena i isplaćena. Međutim, ona su i dalje na čekanju bez ikakvog napretka.
Više puta sam kontaktirao i korisničku podršku i VIP odeljenje, ali dobijam samo ponavljajuće generičke odgovore koji ne rešavaju moj problem i osećam se kao da sam u zastoju.
Ne mogu da nastavim dalje ili da dobijem jasan odgovor u vezi sa mojim povlačenjima, što je veoma frustrirajuće.
Ljubazno vas molim za pomoć u rešavanju ovog problema i osiguravanju obrade mojih isplata.

I won €3,298 and submitted three withdrawal requests of €500 each on 16th, 17th, and 18th June, as I am limited by the casino’s withdrawal limits.
By now, all of these withdrawals should have already been processed and paid out. However, they are still pending without any progress.
I have contacted both customer support and the VIP department multiple times, but I only receive repeated generic responses that do not resolve my issue and I feel I am being stalled.
I am unable to move forward or get a clear answer regarding my withdrawals, which is very frustrating.
I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring my withdrawals are processed.
