Prebacio sam novac putem IMPS-a putem net bankinga na bankovni račun dobavljača igara Po AtoZ metodi 12.01.2015. u 00:15 od 8000 rs, ali još uvek nije dodat u moj novčanik. računu je već potrebno više od 24 sata, ali moj iznos još uvek nije uplaćen u novčanik za igru ili nije vraćen na moj bankovni račun. Takođe sam potvrdio da je lozinka za moj bankovni izvod - [sakrio Casino Guru]
Ponovo rešite ovaj problem.

I have transfer money by net banking IMPS to the game provider bank account By AtoZ method on 12/01/2015 at 12:15 AM of 8000 rs but still not added to my wallet coustemer support of cwinz always say amount is not credited to our account it already take more than 24 hours but still my amount is not credited in game wallet or not returned in my bank account. I also atteched my bank statement password is - [hidden by Casino Guru]
Please reslove this issue.
