Hello Dafabet and casino Guru,

This is to bring your notice that i done deposit of an 32020 INR on 08/Feb/2025 and amount is successfully deducted from my bank account but not added Dafasports account.

I already shared payment successful screenshot and follow-up multiple times through an emails and calls but i am not getting proper resolution and they always says we are yet to secure the amount.

I understand that for withdrawals customers can wait as per given timeframe but for deposit how come it is taking this long as its already completed 10 days of time period and deposits are meant to be processed immediately when the customer transferred amount through instant deposit method.

I am attaching all payment proofs and follow up emails from last few days.

Please help me resolve my deposit issue.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposit has never been credited to your casino account and the transaction appears as 'failed', the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider - bank. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a manual process that might take up to a month to resolve. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied. I would also strongly recommend against depositing any more funds until the issue is resolved.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account or returned to your bank account.

the transaction is not failed from bank side and payment transaction is successfully completed and you can see the screenshot with Upi reference number too.

dafabet casino mentiones that failed in their platform but from bank side amount has been already deducted and transaction is successfully processed to dafabet payment team
