Podnosim ovu žalbu u vezi sa depozitom od 50.000 indijskih rupija koji sam uplatio na svoj Dafabet račun, a koji do sada nije uplaćen uprkos tome što je iznos uspešno skinut sa mog bankovnog računa.

Iznos je uspešno skinut sa mog bankovnog računa u trenutku transakcije. Nakon što sam primetio da sredstva nisu uplaćena na moj Dafabet nalog, odmah sam kontaktirao njihov tim za korisničku podršku.
Međutim, podrška Dafabeta je više puta odgovarala standardnom porukom u kojoj se navodi da sredstva nisu primljena i savetuje me da kontaktiram svoju banku radi povraćaja novca.
Kontaktirao sam svoju banku u vezi sa ovim pitanjem, i oni su jasno potvrdili da je transakcija uspešno obrađena i prebačena na sistem korisnika/platnog prolaza, te da banka stoga ne može da pokrene povraćaj novca.
Takođe bih želeo da istaknem važnu tačku koja jasno pokazuje da problem leži u Dafabetovom sistemu ili sistemu plaćanja.
Prethodno sam uplatio još 25.000 indijskih rupija, što je u početku dovelo do istog problema, a podrška Dafabeta je dala isti odgovor navodeći da sredstva nisu primljena. Međutim, posle nekoliko dana taj iznos je konačno uplaćen na moj Dafabet račun.
Ovo jasno dokazuje da je problem povezan sa Dafabetovim internim pomirenjem ili kašnjenjem u sistemu plaćanja, a ne sa mojom bankom.
Prošlo je više od 45 dana od transakcije, a mojih 50.000 indijskih rupija još uvek nije ni uplaćeno na moj Dafabet račun niti vraćeno na moj bankovni račun.
Čuvanje sredstava klijenta tokom tako dugog perioda bez odgovarajuće istrage je potpuno neprihvatljivo i izaziva ozbiljnu zabrinutost u vezi sa praksom obrade plaćanja u kazinu.
Ljubazno molim tim za žalbe Casino Guru-a da istraži ovaj slučaj i pomogne u rešavanju problema.

Molim Dafabet da odmah uplati iznos depozita od 50.000 indijskih rupija na moj Dafabet račun ili da mi vrati iznos na bankovni račun.
Dear Casino Guru Complaint Team,
I am submitting this complaint regarding a deposit of INR 50,000 that I made to my Dafabet account, which has not been credited until now despite the amount being successfully debited from my bank account.

The amount was successfully debited from my bank account at the time of the transaction. After noticing that the funds were not credited to my Dafabet account, I immediately contacted their customer support team.
However, Dafabet support repeatedly replied with a standard message stating that the funds were not received and advising me to contact my bank for a refund.
I contacted my bank regarding this matter, and they clearly confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed and transferred to the beneficiary/payment gateway system, and therefore a refund cannot be initiated by the bank.
I would also like to highlight an important point that clearly shows the issue lies within Dafabet’s system or payment gateway.
Previously, I made another deposit of INR 25,000, which initially faced the same issue, and Dafabet support gave the same response stating that the funds were not received. However, after some days that amount was eventually credited to my Dafabet account.
This clearly proves that the problem is related to Dafabet’s internal reconciliation or payment gateway delay, not my bank.
It has now been more than 45 days since the transaction, and my INR 50,000 is still neither credited to my Dafabet account nor refunded to my bank account.
Keeping a customer's funds for such a long period without proper investigation is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the casino’s payment handling practices.
I kindly request the Casino Guru Complaint Team to investigate this matter and assist in resolving the issue.
Requested Resolution:
I request Dafabet to either immediately credit the deposit amount of INR 50,000 to my Dafabet account or refund the amount back to my bank account.
