Želim da podnesem žalbu protiv Dafabet kazina.
Opis slučaja: -
19. februara 2025. napravio sam depozit putem UP transakcije. Iznos transakcije je bio 40 000 INR. Iznos je uspešno skinut sa mog bankovnog računa. Ali do danas nije pripisano na moj račun.
Proverio sam u kazinu, i oni su tražili da sačekaju 3 radna dana, ali u poslednjem zaključku kazina je „Sredstva nisu primljena, ako je iznos oduzet, proverite kod svoje banke"
Proverio sam i u banci i dali su mi sve da je transakcija uspela, a za sada ne mogu ništa da urade.
Sada ulov:-
Proverio sam direktno kod primaoca, pošto je njegov kontakt broj bio deo UPI ID-a, on potvrđuje da je primio iznos istog dana.
Ali objavite to, ono što se dešava je van mog okvira.
Kazino trenutno kaže, sačekajmo 2-3 dana; iznos će biti vraćen na vaš račun, ali kako se uspešna transakcija može vratiti nazad.
Očekujem vaše stručno mišljenje, šta bi trebalo dalje da se radi.

I want to raise a complaint against Dafabet Casino.
Description for the Case: -
On 19th of Feb 2025, i made an deposit through UP transaction. The amount of transaction was 40000 INR. The amount is successfully deducted from my bank account. But its been not credited to my account till date.
I checked with Casino, and they requested to wait for 3 working days, But in last per conclusion by Casino is "Funds Not Received, if amount deducted please check with your bank"
I checked with Bank too, and they have given me everything that Transaction was successful, and they cant do anything as of now.
Now a catch:-
I checked with receiver directly, as his contact number was part of UPI ID, he confirms that he receive the amount the same day.
But post that, what's happening is out of my scope.
Casino currently says, lets wait for 2-3 days; amount will be back in your account, but how can a successful transaction can be reflected back.
Looking forward to your expert opinion, what should be done further.
