Želeo bih jasno i činjenično da ispravim Dafabetovu najnoviju izjavu, jer je netačna i obmanjujuća na javnoj platformi.
✅ ČINjENICA 1: Dokumenti su otpremljeni 09. decembra 2025.
Uspešno sam otpremio svoja dokumenta za verifikaciju 09. decembra 2025. godine, i odmah nakon otpremanja, Dafabetov sistem je prikazao sledeće obaveštenje:
> „Vaš dokument(i) su poslati i trenutno ih pregledamo."
(Datum prikazivanja: 09.12.2025.)
Ova poruka je i dalje vidljiva na mom nalogu, a već sam podelio snimke ekrana kao dokaz.
❌ ČINjENICA 2: Dafabetova javna tvrdnja je lažna
Uprkos tome, Dafabet je javno izjavio ovde:
> „Prema rečima našeg relevantnog tima, nisu primljeni nikakvi dokumenti."
Ova izjava je činjenično netačna, jer:
Sistem sam potvrđuje slanje dokumenta
Dokumenti ostaju u statusu „u pregledu"
Odeljak za otpremanje je zaključan, što se dešava tek nakon uspešnog slanja
Ako nisu primljeni dokumenti, sistem ne bi prikazao „u pregledu", niti bi otpremanja bila blokirana.
⚠️ ČINjENICA 3: Direktna posledica Dafabetove neaktivnosti
Pošto Dafabet nije obradio dokumente otpremljene 09. decembra 2025. godine:
Moja isplata 9. decembra 2025. (38.985 ₹) je odbijena
Ranije isplate 3. decembra i 19. novembra su takođe odbijene.
Bio sam primoran da ponovo podnesem zahtev za povlačenje sredstava 16. decembra 2025. godine, koji je sada u toku, dok dokumenti i dalje pokazuju da je „u toku pregled".
Dakle, kašnjenja i odbijene isplate su u potpunosti posledica Dafabetovog neuspeha u obradi verifikacije, a ne zbog moje nesaradnje.
🔍 Osnovna kontradikcija koju treba rešiti
Dafabet sada mora jasno da objasni jednu jedinu verziju istine:
Ako dokumenti nisu primljeni, zašto sistem prikazuje „u pregledu" od 9. decembra?
Ako su dokumenti primljeni, zašto Dafabet to javno poriče i ne završava verifikaciju?
Obe tvrdnje ne mogu biti tačne.
📌 Moj jasan stav
Sarađivao sam u potpunosti i u dobroj veri.
Spreman sam da odmah ponovo otpremim dokumente ako Dafabet:
Otključava modul za verifikaciju, ili
Jasno navodi koji tačno dokument nedostaje i gde ga otpremiti
Trenutno me blokira Dafabetov sistem, a zatim me krivi za neposlanje prijave.

I would like to clearly and factually correct Dafabet’s latest statement, as it is incorrect and misleading on a public platform.
✅ FACT 1: Documents WERE uploaded on 09 December 2025
I successfully uploaded my verification documents on 09 December 2025, and immediately after upload, Dafabet’s own system displayed the following notification:
> "Your document(s) have been submitted and we are currently reviewing them."
(Date shown: 09/12/2025)
This message is still visible in my account, and I have already shared screenshots as proof.
❌ FACT 2: Dafabet’s public claim is false
Despite this, Dafabet has publicly stated here:
> "According to our relevant team, no documents have been received."
This statement is factually false, because:
The system itself confirms document submission
The documents remain in "under review" status
The upload section is locked, which only happens after successful submission
If no documents were received, the system would not show "under review", nor would uploads be blocked.
⚠️ FACT 3: Direct consequence of Dafabet’s inaction
Because Dafabet did not process the documents uploaded on 09 December 2025:
My withdrawal on 09 December 2025 (₹38,985) was declined
Earlier withdrawals on 03 December and 19 November were also declined
I was forced to place a fresh withdrawal on 16 December 2025, which is now pending while documents still show "under review"
So the delays and declined withdrawals are entirely due to Dafabet’s failure to process verification, not due to any non-cooperation from my side.
🔍 Core contradiction that must be addressed
Dafabet must now clearly explain one single version of truth:
If documents were not received, why does the system show "under review" since 09 December?
If documents were received, why is Dafabet denying this publicly and not completing verification?
Both statements cannot be true.
📌 My clear position
I have cooperated fully and in good faith.
I am ready to re-upload documents immediately if Dafabet:
Unlocks the verification module, or
Clearly states what exact document is missing and where to upload it
At present, I am being blocked by Dafabet’s own system and then blamed for non-submission.

I respectfully request CasinoGuru to:
1. Ask Dafabet to acknowledge the 09 December document submission
2. Stop contradictory statements on a public ADR platform
3. Complete verification without further delay
4. Ensure my pending withdrawals are processed fairly
My funds have been withheld for an unreasonable period despite full compliance.
