Uprkos tome, problem i dalje postoji.
Ovo jasno ukazuje da je problem na Dafabetovom sistemu, a ne na mojoj strani. Zbog ove tehničke greške, ne mogu da završim verifikaciju i moje povlačenje sredstava se nepravedno odlaže.
Takođe sam kontaktirao podršku putem ćaskanja uživo i poslao imejl sa svim dokumentima u prilogu, ali umesto da reše problem ili ponude alternativni način slanja, oni stalno ponavljaju generičke korake za rešavanje problema.
Ovo je neprihvatljivo jer:
1. Spreman/na sam sa svim dokumentima
2. Njihov sistem blokira slanje
3. Moje povlačenje je obustavljeno zbog tehničkog problema
Molim tim Casino Guru da interveniše i zamoli Dafabet da:
- Ili odmah ispravite grešku DU03, ILI
- Prihvati moja dokumenta putem imejla i ručno završi verifikaciju

- Transkripti ćaskanja sa podrškom

I am facing a serious issue with Dafabet regarding my withdrawal and account verification.
My withdrawal has been pending since 15 March 2026. Dafabet asked me to upload verification documents, which I am fully ready to provide.
However, when I try to upload the documents on their website, the system shows error code DU03 at the final submission stage. The documents get selected successfully, but submission fails due to this error.
I have already tried all troubleshooting steps suggested by their support team:

- Clearing cache and cookies
- Renaming and resizing files
Despite this, the issue persists.
This clearly indicates that the problem is on Dafabet’s system, not from my side. Because of this technical error, I am unable to complete verification and my withdrawal is being unfairly delayed.
I have also contacted live chat support and sent email with all my documents attached, but instead of resolving the issue or providing an alternative submission method, they keep repeating generic troubleshooting steps.

- Accept my documents via email and complete verification manually
